I would definitely recommend Pattinsons

I would definitely recommend Pattinsons of Stockton for the sale of your house We had ours on the market for 2 months with many positive viewings and then we had an offer Unfortunately this fell through at the last hurdle due to the buyer and Pattinsons had the property back on the market the next day with another offer coming in within 4 days and a successful sale followed in under 2 5 months Thanks for your help and consistent calls to keep us fully informed every step of the way And a special mention to Gino and the chatty one they call Mel

Amazing Service

Nicola has been amazing through the whole selling process So helpful and went out of her way multiple times for us to help the process run smoothly We had a very stressful chain and Nicola did everything she could to put our minds at ease She definitely went above and beyond for us Stephen was also brilliant helping us out with various things and again going above and beyond for us Overall pattinson were brilliant and we re more help to us even on the sale of our house than our estate agent and solicitor and we weren t even selling through them

Long process made easier by pattinsons

We had a very long and complex purchase made much more bearable by Beth at the Sunderland branch - she was very professional and communication was excellent- rare in this field We only used Pattinsons for our purchase and not sale silly me - I wish I had We used our local Jim Bobberts - clue for the North East folk and they weren t a patch on Pattinsons I will be recommending to friends and family should they ever need the services Thanks again Beth you little gem

My experience with Maddie Furness was amazing She was a very funny bubbly person who knew exactly what she was doing Couldn t have asked for a better person do have today Highly recommend

Garreth provided all the help we needed to secure an amazing property Although we found ourselves waiting for best and final offer on our rental he helped advise and calm me at a very stressful time He was a genuinely nice guy who realy understood the situation we were in we are sincerely greatful for garreth for helping us with our property search

Wendy Burbridge an absolute star

We decided to downsize early last year and after having a sale agreed Wendy took over to see the sale over the line It ended up a long journey with lots of bumps in the road Without Wendy this journey would have been near impossible to manage she liased with the other estate agent who put us under a lot of pressure over things out of our control and a solicitor who often went off the radar Wendy is a credit to not just to Pattinsons but her profession and both Ann and Adrian would like to say the biggest thank you

Dan Fisher Houghton le Spring Office a guy who is very good at his job 4 days after he came to value and photograph our home it was sold A polite professional gentleman he even supported us showing buyers around our house Pattinsons are lucky to have this fella Sue the manager also a credit to Pattinsons Thank you very much

Daniel Fisher from Houghton -le-spring branch was great from start to finish After 10 or so viewings another member of team suggested dropping price by 10 000 to sell but Daniel told us to stick with asking price and we would get it and less than week later got asking price

Daniel Fisher at the Houghton le Spring Branch What a guy Dan came out to my property on Saturday afternoon to take the photographs My house was live on the internet Monday afternoon and within half an hour I had three viewings booked in On the Wednesday my house was sold Dan was very professional and polite throughout I would definitely recommend using Pattinsons
