We had an issue with our tracker it
A great product that so far is proving very effective in tracking in different areas The annual subscription works out at about 1 week so easily worth it The tracker is very well made very secure and the charging is currently lasting about 6 days It s very quick and easy to charge

Very pleased with this - better than our previous one
We had an issue with our tracker it basically stopped working so I contacted Pawfit as it was still under warranty with in five working days we had a brand new tracker delivered I have to say these guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish the customer service was second to none

Brilliant tracker with lots of info
Very pleased with this as unlike a previous tracker there have been no signal drop-outs and the choice good of maps means you can get a clear view of her location at all times We re often up in the Exmoor hills and so far everything s worked brilliantly

Quality products affordable prices excellent customer service
Really easy to set up also love the app with all the activities history zone steps mileage and much more The tracker is on my cocker Spaniel and yes he does run off and yes I trialed it in a remote area in the Peak District and the GPS still worked and located his position straight away Brilliant kit and highly recommended

Great help in resetting my email address
The Pawfit team are excellent and seem committed to making quality products at affordable prices Our dog is a rescue and can be startled by certain types of noises After some early experiences of her bolting off having the Pawfit as a GPS felt priceless to not worry if something spooked her unexpectedly We got in touch with the customer support team a couple of times and they have always been incredibly helpful Having recently upgraded to from the Pawfit 2 tracker to the Pawfit 3 it s also noticeable how many improvements have been made to the design while they ve kept the product and subscription at very reasonable prices We re so happy with the product and have recommended it to everyone in our local dog walking community Thank you and please keep doing what you re doing Pawfit

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service Have had a Pawfit2 tracker for my dog for quite a few years Although it was still working due to constant mobile tower faults locally decided to upgrade to Pawfit3 This has proved much better Tracking has become reliable The battery power is better too Monthly mobile charges for it are very reasonable Would definitely recommend the company and Pawfit3

We have a spaniel live in a forest
We have a spaniel live in a forest full of pheasants deer While he is great on recall there are times during the cull when he will wonder off I was dubious about the ability of Pawfit to work in the forest but even on poor signal I can still track him On the app my location is more precise than the dog due to the 20sec lag on updates Allowing for this I always have a good understanding of where he is when out of sight Great product - would recommend the upgraded subscription

Reassurance
We have a naughty spaniel who goes deaf when she leaves the house - it s actually been quite upsetting I do feel I can relax now we have Pawfit - so far so good fingers crossed

Fair play to Pawfit
I originally posted a review giving Pawfit one star I have removed that review because of the response they gave My tracker had refused to start up and for all intensive purposes Was Dead I complained that not only had the tracker died 6 months out of warranty I was left with a subscription still running Their response was to offer a refund on the remaining subscription In all fair play I couldn t ask for more In the meanwhile after the tracker has not worked for many days it has decided to fire back into life
