Dr. Benson came to our home, which was exactly what we wanted — no cold vet office, no stress. She was patient, gentle, and never rushed us. We sat with our boy on his favorite blanket, giving him treats and talking to him, and she explained every step beforehand so nothing caught us off guard. Afterwards, they handled all the cremation arrangements, and we received his ashes back in a beautiful wooden urn within a couple of weeks. The team followed up with a kind card and grief resources, which meant so much during such a difficult time. Losing a pet is never easy, but knowing he passed at home surrounded by the people who loved him is a comfort I'll carry forever.
