I was at the location on Major Mac and Keele in Vaughan I met Jessica and she was amazing she helped my 7 yr old with his first pet she was educated when it came to different pets she was kind and he ability to upsell was so smooth Pet Smart is lucky to have her I will go back to this location just because of her kindness I was at the location on highway 7 and weston rd and I didnt experience the same treatment So thank you Jessica for your knowledge and your kindness and helping my son with his 1st pet

I just want to give a Big Five Stars to PetSmart Dog Trainer Maureen Uhlin who works at the PetSmart on Westport Road in Louisville KY I ve known Maureen from my previous dog and her expertise just gets better and better I ve taken her basic dog training class which gave me command over my Louie And she was most recently very helpful with some walking and leash questions I had about Lulu So Yay Maureen

Ive had to contact PetSmart multiple times regarding an issue with Afterpay Even though PetSmart did everything they needed to regarding my order and it s really Afterpays fault the customer service has been EXCELLENT Everyone I ve spoken to has been super helpful very nice and even sent me an e-gift card unexpectedly Customer service has plummeted since Covid but not at PetSmart

We purchased a automatic water dish for our cats on July 10th It quit working the first week of August I took it back to the Centerville Utah Store and worked with Aerin She was wonderful in helping me to get a new one It s this type of service that keeps me coming back Something that Petco refused to do I am grateful for the professional assistance today

Jordin one of the managers at the 119th Olathe location Petsmart provided me amazing customer service She went out of her way for me when they were out of a special prescription cat food I needed Due to being inconvenienced and having to come come back a couple times she offered to adjusted my price accordingly I will remain a loyal customer to Petsmart
