I had a fantastic experience with the Merrilville IN location The people were so nice and helpful and wished me good luck on my insurance exam They told me to get that test passed I passed and I am so happy I took my test on August 30th at 6pm

Great service

Great service Very polite staff Arrived 10 minutes before chat with them about sports Clean facilities good size lockers The observer was there to help you in case you need him Plenty of social distance marks hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray to be used in the lockers

This is nothing but a big rip off bad place

This is nothing but a big rip off they sent me almost 5 hours away for a exam they weren t even organized I told them that morning I had a long drive back I couldn t afford another motel room and the weather was horrible that even tornadoes were touching down they need to do away with Pearson Vue it s nothing what I do for a profession they didn t cover a big disappointment Pearson Vue the employees there were horrible no bedside manners

Excellent kind and understanding

The staff were excellent with my son who attended for a theory driving test They talked him through everything put him at ease as he was a nervous wreck Honestly think that had they not been so kind and understanding he wouldn t have walked out with a pass Well done to all the staff

Very efficient service

I felt compelled to write this review due to the amount of bad reviews here about the online service It almost put me off the online proctor exams which I now feel isn t a true reflection of the service I took a chance and it was very efficient and a very good experience I ve so far had very good experiences from Pearson Vue Will update if I ever experience a bad service too -

Improvement

Few days back I had a worst experience for the online exam and I have sent email to them as well explained what happened I was very frustrated Next day they apologized and sent email that they have Re scheduled my exam for online exam I started my test and their chat was very supportive 4 hrs of test went get very smooth And finally exam ended I would say that they improved a lot

Visited for 4 separate health and safety tests on various items of plant and found the staff there to be very polite and helpful Customer service was excellent Definitely my choice of venue for future health and safety tests Thank you

Health safety awareness ecourse

Completed the health safety and awareness online course and exam the course is filled with all the relevant knowledge that you need for the exam and last a year so no need to rush it The exam has a few things to go through to make sure you can do it but it was easy on my laptop with a step by step process to guide you through Once I completed the test I got me results straight away The whole experience was painless and easy I was really worried when it came to the exam because of all the bad reviews but I couldn t of personally had a better experience

Wrongful online exam termination

Everyone who comes to this site to complaint about would have no doubt given them 1 star for me because I d like Pearson VUE and everyone read about this review I so decided to give them 5 stars in cheating their customers I took my first ever Microsoft online exam with Pearson VUE August this year My experience with the check-in process was rather smooth and no issue Then as I started the initial candidate knowledge measure survey portion of the exam I realized that this exam is a 3 5 hours long exam I so quickly requested the proctor to excuse me for a quick bio-break prior to the exam After talking to the mic few times with no response I decided to run out anyway for a quick 1-minute bio break before my actual exam begins As I returned to the room in less than a min someone else and not the first proctor talked thru the mic to me stated that I violated the exam policy and she need to terminate my exam Obviously I explained that I did ask for permission and no one responded to my request I told her to check her recording to verify what I said is true it was then silent and no response from the other side Five mins later into the real exam the voice came thru the mic again and this time she said she needs to terminate the exam anyway regardless and I was then given a case number to follow up with Pearson VUE if I need to complaint My first call into customer service waited for about 15 mins After explaining the situation to the rep he told me that I need to call back 24-hour later because the case was just got created I requested to transfer me to a supervisor in charge and he did I was then transferred to a supervisor where I waited for another 20 mins later and no one answered and so I had to drop the call Without giving up I called back in again waited and finally talked to a second rep this new rep told me that I need to wait for 72 hours instead that was Interesting to learn on the consistency side Three days later I called back again To my surprise this rep told me that there is no notes from my previous two calls even I specifically requested them to put down notes so I can call back in to follow up I then explained again the third time to this new rep This new rep said now he put down notes about the case He also provided me an email address to write back to appeal about the case Following the instruction given by the third pre I wrote back with the required information about the candidate name case number and candidate ID I received an no-reply response from my case submission I re-sent my second email a week later and the same no response from them Then early this month I sent them again my third email and that too went down the toilet That was pretty much the end of the story from there I took it as they stole my 160 and yet refused to offer their due service to me Would love to hear your opinions about a Professional Exam vendor like Pearson VUE Would you consider this is an honest vendor should they be trusted
