I am a long standing resident in my estate and on the 3rd of august I had used an app called PayByPhone as the ticket parking meters in my area are no longer available to purchase tickets from to display on cars I used the app and entered in the the code displayed and purchased 3 70 for an hr and when that was up I brought another one for 2 57 when I later returned to my car a saw I had a PCN on my windscreen this happened three times and a appealed every time on the day I received the PCNs online as that was the online place to appeal there wasn t a number or address available I was concerned that they wouldn t get back to me with the 14 day period but I waited patiently On the 15th of August a Saturday I received a later stating that I still have to pay a 65 fine and if this wasn t paid on the Monday the price would go up to 130 so at this point I don t have any time to challenge this any further now at this point I am back against a wall with no where to turn As I have two more PCNs to wait and see if they ve be approved or not I have left an urgent contact request on their website which says it ll take 10 working days for them to respond back to me So what am I to do Another issue is that I have PURCHASED a residential Parking permit that they haven t approved nor have they stated why I resent my evidence DRIVING LICENSE BANK STATEMENT and VC5 now this also states that in 30 days if evidence isn t approved I will not be refunded I need someone to contact me ASAP or I will seek legal advice and take this further

on 11 01 21 i drove to civic centre in oldham drove round for 15 minutes to find a spot eventually i found one but didnt have any change and didnt know you could pay by card so i spoke to lad at the swabbing centre and told him ive just found a space and explained to him if he sees the traffic warden tell him ive gone to get change i was in oldham that morning to take my dads death certificate to halifax bank and would come straight back but im an insulin dependant diabetic and when i walked up the steps my blood sugars went low so i was having a hypo got my jelly babies out to treat it then waited a further 10 minutes to see if sugars had gone up which they had so went to the bank in bouncing down rain as i was walking back to my car i spotted the traffic warden and when i looked on windscreen there it was a pcn i chased after the traffic warden and wanted to know why he had issued me with a pcn and he just walked off so then i shouted at him and said go and speak to bloke at swabbing centre at which point he said i did not have a ticket on display and i could appeal so apart from having a hypo bouncing down with rain and freezing cold i was not happy with the traffic wardens attitude at which point i caught up with him again and all he muttred was you can appeal so i just give up with him got home phoned parking admin at oldham council and was told by a woman to email exactly what had happened this morning and appeal against the ticket and dont forget to put pcn number in and all other details which i did and i got an email back saying firstly i should of had change on me but when i drove and parked on the same car park 4 weeks prior it was free parking for upto 3 hours then they said we cant overturn this pcn coz while they understand it was a difficult time having to take my dads death certificate to proove hes died to halifax and sypathise with my situation they said on email i can pay 25 now reduced by 50 or pay 50 in 28 days so i just paid it even though i dont aggree with it heres my details to oldham council pcn OD0647135A CEO LSPA304 contravention code 83 my vehicle reg YT59URB fiat grande punto blue so my advice to anybody who gets a pcn in oldham is just dont bother appealing it just pay half coz im convinced this traffic warden came up from an whole in the ground either that or theres cameras watching you drive in and stuff and believe it or not this truly happenned i havent blagged it at all so there you go oldham council a bunch of jokers goodbye

Full of fake promises

Full of fake promises disrespect never take into a count individuals needs I was due to have an appointment with welfare rights at 11am I was still waiting at 11 30 with very little update I am a autistic woman who finds it difficult enough going out so I do not appreciate waiting about at the best of timesI also reported anti social behaviour i was not shocked when I got fobbed off got tolded it was not their responsibility full of negligence failures the importance around the safety of women is not a priority no wonder oldham is not a safe place as a bad repetition

Appealed parking ticket is now a debt notice with no communication

I received a parking ticket in September and sent an appeal in via their website I was told my penalty was on hold until the outcome was shared I received no update despite trying to call them multiple times and I ve now received a debt collectors letter There was no reply to my appeal and no attempt to follow up on the payment How is this acceptable I have seen multiple reviews of the same and I see this is clearly just a money making scam as they don t contact customers just get the debt collectors out Disgusting
