Amazing exeprience

From my initial call with TC to the onboarding and training my experience has been wonderful With the support of Julia on joining and Kristina and Josie for my training to all the business support team it has been great I have never felt alone The initial training was exceptional as is the ongoing training There are so many events to be a part of and I m looking forward to this new adventure ahead

5 star onboarding experience

From my initial contact with Ashley up to the business launch at the end of the induction the whole process has been easy and smoothly run Travel Counsellors have delivered on everything that was advised by franchise sales team and the induction was great - a perfect mix of group and individual learning which you can do at your own pace All rounded off with a great business launch on the Friday meeting the wider TC community The main thing I ve appreciated already is how approachable and helpful the TC community actually is

Support at it s greatest

Eeryone I have encountered at Travel Counsellors has been so so supportive The initial training was brilliant Ben and Josie were amazing I was contacted after only a couple of days and asked to go into a WhattsApp group they are an amazing bunch of people always there for support and advice The idea of a mentor as well is perfect Sally Landers is so lovely and supportive and there when I need her What more can I say Travel Counsellors but thank you it s great to be on board As a foot note I absolutely love Phenix such a timesaver

My onboarding experience has been so far seamless and uplifting I cannot wait to begin my journey From first picking up the phone and speaking to Cathy Oldfield to meeting her and the wider team in head office I was blown away I was made to feel so welcome and I left with my travel spark lit I m excited to a part of a lovely TC community who are ambitious professional and passionate about what they do internally and externally Although I am an independent franchisee I feel very much part of a team with a large network of support that will help me achieve my goals

Joining Travel Counsellors has exceeded my expectations From my initial call to date I have felt supported and part of a relaxed but motivated community I m so impressed with the whole set up from training all the way through to the Head Office support One element that really stands out to me is the customer journey - myTC app marketing emails social media assets etc It gives me confidence that I have the support around me to provide a high level service to my customers I m excited for the future and grateful to Angela who has been nothing but supportive and amazing since our first phone call Thank you

The whole process of signing up to starting my induction was just so smooth guided the whole way and in so much detail which made it easier to understand Training was amazing and so much fun the whole team at Travel Counsellors were just so professional friendly and made us feel part of a huge family Yes caring for us and our customers
