Several items purchased some confusion over what was being delivered and when I had expected delivery in 14 days then was suddenly called by a random courier wanting to deliver the next day day 4 when I was not available We gave our next available day and agreed 8-5 it actually arrived after 6pm Was dropped at kerbside not to the area required Would prefer to leave separate reviews for each item Overall quality is good but was not expecting to have to out if all together myself not what I had previously experienced from Pepe No labelling on screws which caused me up use overlong screws and make unwanted holes in table top about which I am furious

Excellent quality but poor communication
The quality of the products are excellent but they are let down by poor communication I ordered 2 seperate items The first order a canopy went astray with their ouside contractor and after not hearing from them for a few weeks I had to keep chasing up the order The second a seperate order was for seat cushions After 8 days or so I was told that the order had been fulfilled but as I hadn t received any tracking details I was very suprised when it suddenly turned up by Parcel Force 5 days later After it was delivered I was then given the tracking details which I though was very poor

Disappointed
Disappointed that you no longer supply the canvas canopy for the terassi swing as this mesh one does not cut out the glare of the sun This is my only complaint with it

Love Pepe Garden Furniture however we ordered a canopy for our swing We found this had been modified from previous sales The rod lengths we found too short to make a good fitting so my husband modified by extending the rods himself Also the predrilled holes did not line up properly so we had to re-drill So we were disappointed that we had to do these modifications ourself considering the price and feel Pepe should be aware of this

Bad communication
Ordered and paid for my Pepe rocking garden chair with a 7 day delivery promise But then didn t hear from Pepe for weeks I thought I d been scammed eventually chased them up to be told that they didn t have the stock and it would be another few weeks Communication was lacking here and I feel that I should have been informed at the point of ordering that there was a stock shortage Now it has arrived I am very happy with it

The product is wonderful but there were no assembly instructions or oil in our consignment which lead as far as assembly instructions were concerned to make what should have been an enjoyable exercise a fraught experience

Standards and ability dropping
Until a year ago I would have undoubtedly given a 5 star review When we bought our table and 6 chairs about a dozen years ago everything about the products and the process was exemplary Unfortunately one of the table top boards has succumbed to rot and so we contacted the company to request a replacement Initially we were told that a replacement board would be ordered from where they are now manufactured but it would take a few months We dutifully waited and then contacted them again to be told that the additional board had not been delivered but that it would be looked into After another wait we again contacted them to be told that they cannot supply a replacement board but that I could have a piece that I could cut and shape to fit It seems a shame that a company which once prided itself on the quality and standard of its products is now unable to even shape a plank of wood Date approximate as it covered a period of several months

The stools were as described and solid However I was surprised that some cut edges were splintered and similarity some of the drilled holes I did comment about this but to date have received only an acknowledgment of my enquiry
