This is beautiful furniture and I had seen and tested a chair at a friend s house but the website is very unclear that this is actually self assembly-140 screws and individual slats The wood is treated but you also have to re-paint it For the price I did not expect flatpack

So we have been given a full set of large round table and six garden chairs for the garden they need a little card snd attention so I thought I would research with the supplier PePe what a mistake Very hard to find the product you need to use to help maintain your set web page very hard to get information finally I found the product and I made a mistake when ordering as I need 2 5 ltr but accidentally ordered 5ltr as soon as I realise my mistake I emailed Pepe asking them to cancel the order and as soon as they confirm I would then order the 2 5ltr they could even had time to start anything in the order then lie No behold no confirmation and the 5ltr got delivered this morning what a tip off I will not order Any more from them but find another supplierCustomer service at Pepe does none seems they just want your moneyThey have contacted me and I have paid me the difference and just received the 2 5 ltr shame it s tools s complaint rather than good service in first place

I have not received my swing yet They tried to deliver it but I have a shingle drive and because the load was very heavy and on 2 pallets joined it would just throw shingle everywhere THIS ITEM HAS BEEN PAID FOR SO EITHER RETURN MY MONEY OR GET IT SORTED PDQ

Terrible service we ordered covers for our chairs after 4 weeks with no correspondence phoned told they could be up to 6 weeks got our money obviously chased again after 6 weeks told to phone the warehouse they informed us they had never been ordered by the office took another 2 weeks no compensation or even an apology from the office didn t care
