Horrible unapologetic and unprofessional are the only words to describe the onsite team at the Pepperfry studio on Ring Road Lajapt Nagar Ms Shreya Store Manager Mr Vikram and Mr Naman absolutely don t know how to behave with customers Not only they do nothing to fix an issue but will keep arguing on how wrong the client is whilst they stand firm on their ground The upper management at Pepperfry should seriously send these three for retraining so they don t tarnish the company name and create more unhappy and dissatisfied clients like us

Today i visited navimumbai belapur palm beach road pepperfry store i needed a 3 2 sofa set for my house When i entered this shop not a single person or manager or customer representative came or approach me and didnt even bother to ask how may i help u sir Instead all the employees siting in store told safai wala mama to attend me and said unko online ghar par net pe sofa dekhane ko bolo Sabkuch online milta hai Then my question for this store people why u ppl hve opened stored

I had the worst experience with Pepperfry I purchased a wardrobe for my parents but the product we received was nothing like what was advertised on their website The wood is of extremely poor quality and the delivery was handled carelessly as if they were dumping garbage in our home Even the carpenter s assembly felt fragile as if it could break at any moment When I attempted to initiate a return it became a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal Their service is terrible and you have to fight just to get someone to address your concerns I would never recommend Pepperfry to anyone You re better off hiring a local carpenter even if it costs more it will save you the frustration anger and wasted time

I am utterly disappointed with Pepperfry com and their horrendous customer service After spending a fortune on a mattress it started sagging within a year When I tried to return it they flat out refused to honor the return policy leaving me stuck with a lumpy uncomfortable bed Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company They clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction Shop elsewhere They don t deserve a single penny of your hard-earned money

I would not recommend anyone to order from pepperfry All their products are outsourced and they have no control on quality They delivered me broken table and are insisting they will take it back and credit wallet account where I will be forced to rebuy from them or to their stores upi account where their manager is on 2 weeks leave n I will waste my time chasing for the refund after wasting 20 days paying 100 percent advance this is hoe they treat you n saying we deliberately not done I am sitting with their broken table n 100 percent amount prepaid
