Great communication

The agent Alyssa Newton was in constant contact with me She kept me on the loop regarding missing documents and made the entire process quite a breeze

Overall good experience

There was some difficulty in getting the app version to work with the QR code but once I logged back in and was able to use the desktop version fully it worked fine

My inquiry which was handled by Tyra was very concise and full of understandable info She took the time to explain how the new OIDV would work and her very patient and easy manner was a delight Great customer service

Tyra is very helpful and able to give clear and concise answers Tyra is very responsive and always available to help The actual system itself sometimes gives trouble to the applicants but the customer service team are great

The app experience was terrible

The app experience was terrible Some of the staff were also very unhelpful BUT one staff made a whole difference

I would have given 5 stars however

I would have given 5 stars however I was a bit frustrated about the fact that I had to pay the fee before finding out which three forms of I D I needed I had to make phone calls to determine this fact which slowed down my application That aside the process was easy and uncomplicated

Document scanning difficult

Overall OK and job completed but it was difficult to do the document scanning The phone app froze half way through despite repeated attempts Eventually did it using the laptop camera but needed several attempts to get acceptable photos

Simple Procedure

Good procedure and guided through the process Auto save is a bonus if you wish to leave and return It took slightly longer as I don t have an up to date passport and it took a while to submit as it kept saying an error has occurred Got there in the end and received an email to tell me how to track progress
