I sent my documents on WhatsApp number

I sent my documents on WhatsApp number given by the DBS but nobody even bother to checked for two days then I received an email about my outstanding documents so I did email It s delayed my application to process

Was recommended Personnel Checks by my new employer first time applying for one in my life Had a possible misunderstanding with an unamed member of their Personnel Checks Application Engagement Team for which I wrote a one star review about Was contacted within hours by their lovely Chief Operating Officer Alice who was very understanding of my point of view of the situation and helped me get through the rest of my application process Would love to bump this review to five stars but I am possibly going to start my new employment late due to the earlier misunderstanding We shall see what happens

DBS form

They was amazing with responding to my emails very quickly They tried to help as much as possible But they where a bit fussy with the evidence shown since there is only a few pieces of evidence a 16 year old can show

Had a problem but was rectified

When I submitted my original application for a DBS check Personnel Checks failed to send out information on how to get my I D verified at a Post Office I was forced to ring up and I spoke to Chloe Hollister During the course of the call she emailed me the missing information so full marks to her I found the whole process overly complex I suspect many people would need assistance to complete the necessary information Overall however problem aside it was completed faster than I expected Pete

quick and easy but still not convinced

It was quick n and easy to use Straight forward instuctions to follow Only problem was after completing the online application I receive a text saying I hadn t completed the online app Left me a little confussed I called up and first they claimed it hadn t been completed then they said they ve received it Let s see how long they take b4 I receive my CBS

Too many emails asking for info then

Too many emails asking for info then when you reply are told to ignore it Then sent specific email one of your documents cannot be sent electronically But the others were sent electronically and are OK Little baffling all the generic emails

I filled the form attach required documents didnt heard anything in one week I emailed taxipluse received email back reason for delay bank statement is digital Today resend my documents with posted statment Received quick confirmation from Charlotte many thanks to Charlotte with 3stars Regards Ismail

I had to apply for the check only to find I had to pause the check to wait for another part of my application to be accepted However personnelchecks kept sending me reminders to complete the check despite explaining to them why it had been paused other than that a good service

Time money

I first had an email stating that I need to get my documents verified at post office at a cost of 12 75 I got to post office and they wanted photo copy s more cost I could have done them at home if known When I got home and accessed the email proceed to next section it then said just send photos of originals via WhatsApp I could have saved time and money if this was in first email

Agent when completing customer s

Agent when completing customer s information data should be paying attention to small details as that could be detrimental to applicant Secondly they should be ways to allow applicant also to make change in any tab including their name if miscellaneous or with missing names etc Hence if that happen agent are exempt from any blame or delay but the applicant will be affected by the delay or repaying fees This will be detrimental to applicant but not being the one to blame
