Started my application in April All the relevant paperwork was provided at application stage They asked for further information which was provided On 08 06 2023 when I checked the process of my application it showed application withdrawn I contacted the company and they told me that the application was withdrawn due to the error Whos don t know WAISTED THREE MONTHS OF MY LIFE

This company is a joke it won t refund my total balance taken 12 cost for a refund who ever owns this company is a thief and he need to work I hope this company directors need to work to earn u living mate stop feeding u family stolen money thief

I have received very poor service

I have received very poor service I have uploaded my passport full book but the case work did not opened the document only saw the first page and asked me to send the passport with the DOD expiry date page For address proof group 2b I have uploaded my credit card statement which was downloaded from my account However you guys rejected it by saying you need a physical copy We are saving the environment by paperless method my bank not sending any paper statements in your guidance for credit card statements you are not specially mentioned that you don t accept online statement Credit card statement UK issued in the last 3 months I have sent 3 different forms of documents for group 2b

Took three months to issue the enhanced

Took two months to issue the enhanced dbs - during that time I lost two job offers as prospective employers began to think the stage 4 delay is as a result of a criminal offence Which wasn t true Not fair at all

truly dissatisfied with the service

truly dissatisfied with the service I had struggle to provide documentation while my colleagues had no issues providing PDF documentations i was told that they couldn t accept my PDF versions of bank statement and required a paper copy that made delay my submission Never had so many difficulties in the past with any ID checks Instead of making things easy and simple they make it longer and more complicated

Not being able to use screenshots makes zero sense get with the times Very difficult for no reason but I suppose that s this country all over I mean they keep southgate for 8 years as a manager and say he s achieved so much every year when he s won nothing and wonder why they ain t won anything since 66 We need proper management in this country like America when will we learn to do things right

customer service not great

So although there is a customer contact number it is never manned - instead it always reverts to the recorded message about the opening hours I had a difficult time with my DBS check because although the application asked for known by any other names this was completely ignored in my ID documents which evidenced both my names It was eventually resolved but not without much distress

Website did not work helping instructions were vague and the whole process took 3 weeks to sort

We live in an online world Not being able to submit any online documents to you is ridiculous Everything I do is online banking bills credit card employment documents Having to phone utility companies and banks to get them to send out paper statements especially at this time of year is beyond ridiculous

This company has been an absolute

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with From the very beginning I was treated unfairly and quite frankly discriminated against They dismissed my identity documents because my last name is too short seriously How is that even a valid reason I submitted over ten official documents including my driver s license which is accepted across Europe and the UK but they rejected everything with no proper explanation just an automated email telling me it wasn t good enough When they announced a price increase I rushed to get a document they suddenly decided they needed only to have them ignore their own deadline extension After all my effort they still went ahead with the price increase and didn t bother confirming anything with me The whole process has been frustrating stressful and completely unprofessional I ve never felt so dismissed and ignored by a company If you value fairness and basic respect stay far away from this business
