Well as far as the Web site bugs on mobile phones it s not too bad the hard bit is the information that you ask for is hard due to most things being paperless now also why as the customer giving you all the information that you guys are ment to be finding never under stood that

It was easy to use but website broke down

It was easy to use but it costs a lot and website broke down and so i almost lost and wasted my money however staff was really nice and quickly fixed the problem

Rubbish answers and too much copy paste

I didnt get my questions answered by email and the representative just used copy paste and there were varying fonts indicating such It was unclear to me what I was meant to submit and espeically where - I asked this and didnt get a response to that just a list of applicable documents and the time frames werent clearHowever the initial website was really easy to use and follow - just the follow up emails were bad

Somehow got to the end but didn t manage to upload all the required documents Then I couldn t add them when I was asked to provide another document Tasha was helpful Jamie asked me to sumbit this

Not too difficult to upload documents Straight forwards online form to fill in although the saving of inputted information was not always obvious When some of the info I had uploaded was not scanned to satisfaction I got an e-mail to let me know It would have been easier for me to e-mail rather than have to go to an internet cafe to use their camera on their computer as I don t have a smart phone only android
