Pretty straightforward and helpful staff

The whole experience was pretty simple After creating an account I was able to complete all fields and upload my documents As there was a shortened name on my driving licence Wayde was helpful by emailing me and requested another document then uploaded for mr I have now been sent my certificate number

Generally Easy but A Few Things to Improve

Generally a simple system to use and navigate particularly via the app I would not recommend using a computer laptop or desktop though too clunky a system for me I would also be nice to receive E-mails addressed to people by name I might be old fashioned but I do like the personal touch You don t feel like just a number on a list when the personal touch is applied

Good Procedure

I appreciated the clarity of the step by step instructions on the application The one reason why it four star not five is the camera issues re documents Not sure if it s within your remit but the intensity of requirements is stressful if there is any easier camera procedure to use that would be great

Advisor Jamie was great just had problems before with documents being in date and not accepting my think money bank account Most things are paperless However usually would get a 5 as I ve had a dbs every year but this was the hardest application But Jamie you done well and thank you for being quick

overall my experience was good

From my experience website need to improve in update process as applicant I not got any information after summit it then wait about 1 month after but no update that still need support document until my employer email me that my applicate still not complete So I called next day but line is not available after first call so I contact by email and send support document through email overall my experience is was good
