Very poor service

I stood at the checkout along with two other customers for over 5 minutes before someone came to serve us It took another 10 minutes before they could find my Click and Collect item which I eventually found myself on the shelf and pointed out to them It defeated the purpose of the Click and Collect Service It wasted my entire lunch break from work

Disappointing Experience

Placed two orders this year One took a month to ship it s four months later and still haven t received the full order Second order took two weeks to ship Received no contact until I messaged on Facebook to find out about the delay Any time I tried emailing customer support I get an undeliverable message saying they treat my email as spam The people operating the Facebook page were helpful in fairness

Delivery

Four boxes were delivered to my home One box containing two boxes of 48 pouches each was delivered to An Post and I had to go and collect them I do not have a car currently and specifically ordered online so that the food would be delivered directly I had to carry the box home which took 40 minutes and it was really heavy

Very disappointed Never again

Very disappointed I don t understand how companies can hold onto people s money with a store exchange policy only but yet can offer a refund online If you believe you re providing good quality products at a competitive price and you want your customers to return because they feel valued why make them spend their money in the store if they don t want to That s just greed I won t be using petmania for my pet care ever again

Disgusting service

Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo that was delivered both bottles had 1 piece of tape over each lid not around the lid well one of the bottle s lid was already broken I assumed prior to delivery and caused spillage ended up with less quantity than paid for Contacted customer service with radio silence till now Please own up your mistake and do not send items that are broken

Seen the dogfood on offer in Wexford

Seen the dogfood on offer in Wexford store prior to the date that my online order was dispatched Little did I realise that the offer was not included in the dispatched order As I result I missed out on 4x2kg dogfood free of charge In the future I will not order online anymore but pop into a Patmania Store to see what is on offer

As yet I have not received my order

As yet I have not received my order This is absolutely not acceptable I thought I was ordering from Ireland which should take a couple of days I will DEFINITELY not be using your company again Ordered on 20th November and today is 30th November and nothing not even an email with an explanation of the delay

My order never arrived waited almost 2 weeks No dispatch email tracking info and they haven t replied to my email Very disappointed Had to contact PayPal for refund

Item was marked as delivered Turns out it was delivered to wrong address No understanding or apology from Petmania or courier company Will not be buying from them again
