Ordered food in good time but the delay in delivery which was not advised until I enquired as to where goods were meant I had to source food elsewhere and had to carry it from my car I order on line to have it delivered to my door as it s very heavy and I have back problems

I bought cat dewormer and they sent me a single pill which they cut from the packet of pills No instructions No packaging Just a pill I had to go online and try and find instructions for that typeof pill very bad They rawhide I bought was very good Best I ve seen but I was very annoyed about the pill

3 out of the 5 bags ordered had holes in packaging Will not be using all 5 bags immediately so burst bags is no good

My parcel took a week to get to me and when I enquired I was told that my parcel had been delivered and with photo evidence of where it was left the only problem is that the photo evidence was not my property it was outside someone else s gate

The refund I got did not compensate for the mess the broken bag of sand created also other bags were broken with hay and other material going all over the place
