Was good i hoped it delivers on that week 2days after my order but unfortunately just next Monday The price was okay but delivery fee should be free above 28 Eur Thank you

Raise in free delivery amount

Raising of amount for free delivery from 29 to 49 is very excessive and frankly not good customer service for regular customers Perhaps a rethink is in order otherwise pleased with service

Order was correct and delivered in a timely fashion My minor quibble relates to the delivery I asked for parcel to be left a certain way if there was no reply I was in all day and did not hear door knocker Box was not left under green plastic box to protect from rain as requested

fast delivery not bad value love can get canigest instead of having to go to vets only thing wrong is sent wrong fragrance for kennel cleaner

I got the products I ordered at a good

I got the products I ordered at a good price and they arrived in perfect condition the only snag was that GLS do not give an estimated time slot for delivery which make it a bit inconvenient

My order was delivered in two separate lots Customers service was polite and helpful when I called The product was on offer and was excellent value as I feed this to my dogs all year round The cat food was delivered on time and the delivery company was on time in line with their pre delivery text message

Fantastic quick and efficient service and free delivery in ROI Only reason for 4 stars is that many of the tins of cat food I ordered were dented when they arrived Not sure if it was shipping etc but over half of them were damaged

Very helpfull feature to see recent orders in your account You only have to click on the article you have already orderedin the past that it Delivery 2-3 days later without any problem All deliveries alwaysin very good condtion without any damages Norbert Themar

Great selection online dispatch took 4 working days

Overall experience of ordering online was great Website is easy to use big selection of various products I m deducting one star for dispatch Ordered on Tuesday and it took until following Monday and Tuesday to dispatch the items without a notification about a reason behind it Website states 2-3 working days DPD delivery I did appreciate the fact that first part of order came with a handwritten note that rest will follow later Delivery was free over 29 so kudos for that I ll be back though with lower expectations in terms of dispatch

Staff unable to answer query

Staff very friendly but one guy had just started working at Petmania so couldn t answer my query Colleague he put my query to was unsure but obviously did her best to answer even though I wasn t happy with her answer
