"Disappointed"

Every time I take my dog to get groomed at the PetSmart in Cleveland Tennessee they cut the hair on the end of his tail off even after I ask them not to This is the first place and his whole 11 years it was cut off when it never had been before it has been a couple years since then and now that I m back in this town and take him there they keep doing it again even when I ask them not to We have been all over the country when I usually ask them not too they don t do it

"For about a month now I keep going "

For about a month now I keep going looking for cows ears are you ever gonna get them back in if not perhaps you should move the sign Can t be hard to get them you can buy them online and Amazon but I d rather come to the store and I guess I ll have no choice

"Bad grooming and crazy expensive"

PetSmart in Greenbrier Chesapeake VA groomed our dog last weekend They did ok I guess but only because we don t really care what she looks like She s a border collie mix with a ton of hair and we only shave her down to make her cool in the summer They left big patches where her skin shows through and butchered the back of her head where it transitions back to longer hair She s not a show dog so it doesn t really matter but it s still pretty awful especially since they were 30 MORE than the other two places we go Should have waited another few days for an appointment with one of them We ll get our own clippers out before we take her back there

"Stopped price matching"

I have 4 large dogs so I m there often and they rarely have good sales and no coupons They stopped price matching with other companies and will only match the price off their own website which saves close to 1 I think I m going to look into chewy for my dogs needs and food

"It s Alright"

This company is okay but I will admit that I like them much more than Petco I haven t shopped online with PetSmart so I don t have an opinion there but I do enjoy shopping in their stores to purchase treats for my small dog The employees are very friendly and the rewards system is great especially when I don t shop there often They are very patient with my shy dog and they really show their love for animals Their stores are always clean too What I don t like about PetSmart is that they charge much more for items verses other stores which is why I don t shop there often

"Product okay bag packaging"

I actually work at a PetSmart and I order stuff online that we didn t sell Worst shopping yet The box the play gate was in was torn and the box of cat food cans I got was empty They all fell out being shipped somehow and it s a value pack box

"3 stars because overall they are fine "

3 stars because overall they are fine but I had a problem with the dog trainer where they setup an appointment this was before covid for training but then the class was empty so I had to wait for another class but I couldn t do it because the times didn t work out They shouldn t have signed me up for the first class and waste all my time if it was not even available

"I like it but "

I am a tropical aquarist and fish are my life I buy nearly all of my supplies from PetSmart and I love it The selection is great and the fish are beautiful However the woman working at the fish wall told me she was giving me 2 male mollies However one turned out to be a girl and now I have 2 babies Luckily I can take 2 babies in right now but this could have been really bad

I just received my online order and found no packing material in box to keep items from moving The box of fancy feast broke open and cans were allover the bottom of the packing box They appeared to be intact but the carton of cat sip milk was leaking My question would be why they do not use packing material when they ship orders

I am happy PetSmart carries grain free food however I wish they would remove some products from their shelves that have been proven to contain propylene glycol and other unhealthy substances Let s not forget there has been a 2B lawsuits that proved that Glyphosate is carcinogenic Many animal foods are not required to test for this product Glyphosate is in RoundUp a popular herbicide
