"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service I traveled out of my way to make purchases that were advertised online Nowhere online did it say you must be a member to receive the offer At checkout I was informed point blank I must be a member to receive the offers The clerk gave no options just simply told me I needed to be a member to receive the deal Did not purchase the items won t go back I don t need to kiss somebody s a-- to take my money Had the check out person offered me the option to become a member and smiled I would have made those purchases I stopped at the next pet store up the road on my way home

Sold me a cage online didn t Deliver it lied told me that my transaction being investigated even though I bought through PayPal multiple lies told and then said the cage wasn t Available and to top off the low level of treatment they didn t Refund my money trash I never deal with them again lowlifes

"Disrespect workers"

We take our standard puddle he is so peaceful and trained dog for a full grooming as always we explain what we want the cleanest and the presentation for the groomer was the worse and then they call meTo pick him up and said you have to found another place for your dog because you have to give pills to him before you bring him here because he stress other dogs I believe all the groomers over there in Attleboro doesn t like when we explain what we want and they don t do the job we ask

We tried to order on line and by the time we got done entering our items It blocked us The online system is buggy and makes me question security They lost a lot of money today

"Canceled why "

This company will cancel your order if you don t live within 15 minutes of the Petsmart you are picking up from and not help you resolve Just lets you sit there and stay mad horrible customer service I do want to add btw when you actually go to the store the employees are stellar awesome 10 10 on employee instore customer service Online 0 10 because they cancelled my order and told me to get a hold of my bank and said they could request a special inquiry and all this other BS Never again online They are horrible

Rude employee tried to resolve issue with manager My wife was very kind I listened as the manager was more disrespectful than the employee Had my wife in tears begging her to please not be so rude she was on the phone crying saying what have I done Petsmart should be ashamed Cincinnati Alamo location

"I don t recommend grooming "

I have a 15 pound shitzoo she needed grooming Katlynne called me in middle of a funeral to pick her up she was biting her she advised me to take her to a vet to put her asleep to be groomed I had to take a day off work to take her to another grooming professional that didn t have any issues at all They told me she just needed breaks and u have to go slow I do not recommend taking your pet here for grooming

"Kae C is the WORST Groomer"

Yesterday I had an appointment at Petsmart on Narcoossee Rd with Kae C for a full grooming session for my 8-month-old goldendoodle I have to say that Kae is the worst groomer I have ever dealt with My wife and I spent 10 minutes or so explaining what we wanted and stressing to her what we absolutely did not want Left our dog for 4 hours and came back and she just shaved the dog Did not clean ears facial hair what s left of hair was cut uneven his skin around private parts were lacerated nails were cut so horribly uneven Wow I would fire her in a heartbeat if she worked for me Do not use her as you will regret it Horrible service from her we have had other good experiences there with other groomer She is the opposite of a great groomer Beware of Kea C

"Rude and lying groomer "

The worse experience we have ever had at any store Threatened to cancel our appointment even though we waited for her to open up the grooming salon we went to the manager to open the salon When we said were not late and showed her the time in the phone she said she was not comfortable grooming our dog The manager made her do it because we were not late She said she was not comfortable because my husband questioned her when she was going to cancel our appointment She lied to her manager about my husband
