We have ordered several times from PetSmart Online ordering is easy and fast and there is an extensive choice of items food litter toys bedding grooming treats etc Everything we ordered has been delivered exactly as promised The free delivery and Treats points are great incentives to continue ordering online

"Abused Maltese Yorkie grooming"

took my Maltese yorkie to the grooming center in PetSmart where I made an appointment to get my abused puppy groomed The groomer Branda treated my pup with gentle loving care and made her feel very comfortable and after 1 hour I came back to find a wonderful cut and also my pup loved her very pleased with how knowlegable Brenda was and I also booked another appointment for 6 weeks later very very pleased

"Excellent grooming service at Petsmart Signal Butte Mesa AZ"

I took my dogs to be groomed at PetSmart on Signal Butte They were a life saver during this difficult time My regular groomers shut down during the COVID19 Virus They were kind and courteous when dropping off my dogs My dogs were at ease Very reasonable price And they did an excellent job My dogs and I will definitely be a repeat customers

"Louie s Day at the Spa "

We are always so happy for our pet when he has a trip for grooming at PetsMart Yesterday was more anticipated than others because Louie was way long overdue because of the unavailability Katie M did a fantastic job taking great care of Louie He s an old timer and if I can speak for him THANK YOU to Katie and the whole grooming salon

"I recently answered a pet smart survey "

I recently answered a pet smart survey in which I had negative answers due to an incident which happened in 2008 in a Pet Smart store in Latham NY Well the following day I got a call from the store manager named Jeff who apologized to me for what happened 13 yrs ago Jeff had me come to the store and issued me a refund of a balance which was due to me I indeed was not only stunned by this I was also very appreciative Jeff in my opinion is an Absolutely Gracious Pleasant and very Professional Person and Manager Jeff is indeed am Asset tp Pet Smart

"Puppy Training is good"

We took our new puppy to training The trainer was very knowledgeable We could not finish the classes but the trainer allowed us to come back to finish even after several months had lapsed She stayed in-touch with us until we were able to bring our puppy back to finish the classes

Petsmart is made of loyal workers and manager I ran into a major issue and they were their to help Went out of their way to actually do my shopping list I had on my phone site was down to order online and pickup in store They honored 5 percent I would of received online They went above and beyond for Dog and my 23 cats I take care of THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY TO ME AND MY BABIES THIS IS THE FOREST AVENUE S I

"I love PetSmart"

I love PetSmart And all you soothsayers don t realize that the vet and the groomer are separate entities from the store itself To all the Karens out there except those who are Karens who aren t expecting the impossible get your facts straight I love this store Aside from a few items I ve gotten from Amazon this is my go-to for pet supplies which is all one should write about in a pet store My animals I ve bought from PetSmart have all been extremely healthy as well Also you can comparison price there so if you find your food cheaper somewhere else well you get it for that price

"Great Service"

I took my dog Loki in for a grooming appointment at the PetSmart on Eubank in Albuquerque Meranda took really great care of him She done a wonderful job She went above and beyond to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible I do not normally trust anyone with my dog but I was told about hoe great Meranda was from a friend so I decided to give it a try I m glad I did She was also very patient in explaining everything they were doing with him to me PetSmart is lucky to have a employee like her that puts all her attention on the animals she is working on

"I went to the PetSmat in Chicopee "

I went to the PetSmat in Chicopee Massachusetts looking for a particular treat for my dog the shelves had all varieties but the one I wanted as I was going to the register an employee was coming in from taking care of carts and I asked him for help Steve was more than happy to help and went over the shelves then checked a supply room which produced 7 bags of the sweet potato wrapped in chicken treats I was looking for Kudos to Steve for seeing that I got what I went into the store for PetSmart has done well with having this young man as part of their team
