"Knowingly sells sick animals"

Knowingly sells sick animals Poorly trained associates and managers lack customer service Don t bother waisting the time money and or fuel at this so called company

"Done "

I love being able to find so man things but the associates seem to think they know more than my vet or any other expert it s annoying to be told I m wrong about everything like fish tank size temperature a certain fish likes or what kind of food to feed my dog etc Like I pay a lot of to a 5 vet and I will follow their advice not some 20 yr old enthusiast who s taken a few classes at work My point is managers should be pushing good customer service to staff and reprimanding a staff member who thinks it s ok to be-little a customer s question or comment Every time I go in and ask or say anything I get treated like poop by some blue haired fattie I ll be shopping elsewhere

"Great store but it depends on what store you visit"

The Petsmart location on Middlebelt Rd in Livonia is great Prices are good and the people are friendly However the store on Haggerty Rd Is another story Went there 2 weeks ago and the person who checked me out was just a crabby old lady Why work in such an environment if you don t enjoy it She needs to look for another job Won t go there again

"Injured 3 separate times "

Brought my dog in for grooming with Skyla D at Burlington Center Skyla immediately seemed annoyed I assumed because I was 10 mins late and had missed 2 previous appointments Fair enough I would be too But when I picked up my dog he looked butchered And to top it off he had been cut by his anus and in the armpits of the two front legs This was a week ago and my dog again was just bleeding from the same wounds I completely understand being frustrated with a customer but the lack of professionalism hurting my animal who did nothing is disgusting and unacceptable Either this groomer was spiteful or not good at her job Either way not acceptable I do not recommend this groomer and will not be booking with her again

Have been going to petsmart aurora for years and always had one groomer who did great w my big guy He is a sensitive pup Never had issues with sanitary trims or paw trimming but he never liked nail clipping The former groomer there always managed to deal with these issues Lately though without that groomer sanitary trims gland expressions nail trims and paw shaves are over looked by staff I had my dog picked up by a friend and had to bring my dog BACK to take care of these issues Please train all of your groomers Petsmart It was included and paid for in my package NOT an extra

There was a sign onthe temptation for 3 for 11 87 when I had a store manager went to look they told the sign down try to say I didn t see but they lose all my treat buying There I would rather go to Walmart or Kroger now so WATCH OUT FOR CROOKED MANGER AT THE OPELIKA ALABAMA STORE IN TIGERTOWN

I WAS a Loyal CustomerPetSmart located at 13150 Middlebelt Rd Livonia MI 48150 After the pandemic as businesses began to openly slowly I made an online appointment for my 25lb She-Poo and my 105lb Great Dane Mountain dog mix The groomer was Jordan someone I had never used before My She-poo normally takes about 3 1 2 hours with the groomer I was contacted within 2 hours advising that I needed to pick up my dog I was not told the reason why I arrived to find Jordan with my small dog She indicated that my dog s nose area had been nicked because of the age bumps on her face My dog s face had some blood on it I was obviously not happy to say the least but I accepted the service being free as compensation Consequently my next online appointment was NOT with Jordan On this occasion I picked up my dog to AGAIN see her with Jordan This time my dog s ears and face area had not been groomed properly there was matting on her ears This time I made a complaint with a manager and was awarded a refund I then demanded that Jordan NOT be allowed to touch either of my dogs again I was then restricted from making online appointments I was told that when an online groomer is not available for an appointment date time the client is reassigned to another groomer and this without contacting the client I called to make an appointment for my dogs in October 2023 and was told my account was locked out and could only be opened by a manager I would have to wait to speak with a manager to make an appointment total inconvenience I contacted them again today November 9 2023 in an attempt to make an appointment with David whom I had used prior and was told he no longer wanted to groom my dogs I have been a loyal customer with PetSmart for over 20 years I have used their grooming services for at least 13 years and this is what my loyalty gets me No thanks PetSmart You are NOT the only pet supply groomer establishment out here

"Poor Accuracy"

I buy a lot of Fancy Feast here and almost always order online They won t let you buy in quantities of less than 6 but that s OK You d be surprised how often there s an extra can in there from counting mistakes My only complaint is the accuracy of my orders is not very good There s a difference between pate and grilled The cans are even different colors Why do they get them wrong so often

"Don t cater for older dogs for grooming confort"

Have taken my German Shepherd here for grooming for a number of years and now she is 11 yrs old and has weak back legs yet you do not have capabilities like a sling or something to support her while she would have to stand for a long period and not have distress on her back legs Obviously you don t cater for older dogs who have been customers for many years

I m getting sick and tired of pet smart running sales on EVERY KIND of dog food but their OWN BRAND AUTHORITY come on pet smart We tried to change our dog to another food and discontinue being a loyal cistomer die to this but lucky fir pet smartt she likes it too much It is a good quality food but give us a break and put it on sale please It ised to be on sale often and hasn t been in over SIX MONTHS ITS YOUR BRAND Im shocked you stopped any kind of sale on it at all Everything else will get their turn why not aithority lije you used to
