This is for the location in Alamo Ranch The beta fish wall was terrible The betas are in the small containers as it is but to have them only half way filled with water I think is torture to them

Today I had to get pet supplies at 3 35 pm November 10 cashier was on phone taking selfies I said ok Not once but 3 times She was just there I said want to donate a few bucks At checkout she said don t worry about that OK I guess I expect to much I know that when I worked I would have been fired Times have changed for the worst

"The job was good the price was ridiculous"

The job they do is good so I have no issue with the groomers But the prices are ridiculous the higher management is now ripping us off just like the vets My 73 pounder dog cost me 200 with tip And thank God I didn t ask for teeth cleaning thank God my dog behaved the groomer didn t need any assistance from another employee So many new laughable things they add just to charge us more sadly we re living in a society where one screws the other You have lost a customer for good

Heads up folks on ordering online Placed an order to be shipped and they changed part of it to pick up at store Granted customer service was nice about canceling the in store pick up and refunding but I really wanted that item This was my first time ordering online to them and it will be my last Nobody should have to scan to see if they r going to switch your order over to store pick up

"buyer beware check receipt exchange at PetSmart "

Went into do an exchange at PetSmart gave me a gift card because I didn t have the original receipt not a problem I needed other items in there so they were having a buy one item get the other one 50 off sale but I m trying something new so I didn t need two so I bought one I m leaving the store and decide to check the receipt glad I did because their regular price is 12 99 they charged me 16 99 but if you check their website it s 9 99 so people beware always check your receipt before leaving the store Always check their website do a screenshot then go into purchase your item and see the difference in prices and get it at the website price we re going out of our way into the store to purchase it but we re paying more for it

trip to petsmart was fine but if you dont change the number of times you run the same commercial I will never set foot in your store again even our dogs grumble when they hear it for the second time

"Just wanted to make my peace with "

Just wanted to make my peace with Petsmart based on my new experience So I went back to the 1104a King Street West Store on Saturday February 4 2023 to see if the Manager Mark had done any research of his cash system in order to come up with an agreement for my Refund As I got into the store very young female cashier acknowledged me I explained why I was there Her approach was so cordial and she had actually listened to what I had said In no time another employee She came and confirmed my request It was just a different approach I was experiencing-that this other employee was just so polite focused on a resolution pays attention to the details of my request and was ready to assist me I felt at ease so much so that I actually made a purchase In no time I was called by the employee who provided the Audit trail of my purchases confirming and REFUNDED me all the moneys the system had taken off my card This employee-who I later realized was the Manager disguised in uniform- knew how to treat me as a customer I respected that I was not humiliated She presented me with a print out of same transactions that took place on that weird day I cannot express how much I appreciated her She treated me with RESPECT and in no time I was Refunded Just her timely courtesies and approach made my day She is customer aware friendly has respect of me my time - and I felt a comfortable and had a safe shopping experience I found out her name is Nicole White Just wanted Petsmart to know - you NEED more NICOLE WHITE s in all your stores She has made me rethink on loyalty and continuity with Petsmart Thank you Ms Nicole White

If you go in the store they are very helpful If you go on the website it is very poorly run and always has glitches and errors It is very hard to search items and place an order
