I asked for help looking for some rabbit food the employee told me that the store didn t have any so started looking for my self and found it Then I when to the cashier to pay for it and the cashier was ruled I wanted to hit him but I just paid for my purchase and left

"Disappointing visit"

I am a firm believer that some people should not work in customer service if they don t care for people The guy who helped me was friendly but you could tell that the girl at the register would rather not be She was unfriendly and gave off the vibe that she was bothered Another employee was standing near by As a male customer started to walk toward that employee standing close she told him here that man comes to ask 25 more questions you better run Her tone when she said it was flat out rude I frequent this Petsmart a lot because it is so close to my house but if I can get the products I need for my dog elsewhere I will

"I bought a small protein skimmer here "

I bought a small protein skimmer here at the Bloomington store and this thing has NEVER worked correctly I don t know anything about skimmers so I wasn t sure if it was or not so upon further inspection and watching YouTube because there was no instructions plus the box had been taped up as if someone prior brought it back well now it is too late to take back also I went in asking advice and to tell what is going on with my tank and honestly the salesman was knowledgeable on what he was talking about but I couldn t get ONE WORD in edgewise to tell him about my problem I tried his advise but ultimately went with my initial reason for coming there so I just ordered it online sad he talked me out of buying what I wanted and sold me a bum skimmer

"Umpteenth time isn t the charm"

Three years ago brought my rescue for first grooming and had a terrific experience Subsequent visits became problematic with nicking from shave of belly that caused an infection that lead to atbs and surgery I tried out other locations with fair to good results As Covid wanned getting an appointment was problematic but we finally got one then the bather would not cut off three small mats I had to take my dog home cut off mats and rebook a long commute So I switched to another company who did a fairly good job When I noticed our first Pet Smart groomer was back in operation I thought we had resolved our search For this most recent visit in spite of requests and cautions about wet ears causing ear infections and not to shave his belly too close our pup returned with wet ears a coarsely done face and fanny with loose wisps strands and a belly with a shave and choppy cut the scissoring was uneven all over His plummed tail was more lobbed than usual We re pleasedthey DID accomplish the sanitation cut I heard our guy was a bit combative with brushing so I will give the benefit of doubt I m just surprised and disappointed with the quality of this haircut

My first experience with Petsmart grooming My last experience with Petsmart grooming I am completely dissatisfied The only thing I am happy with is they clipped his nails I can t safely do that He is a shorthair dog so no cut needed Person who did the check-in was rude When I picked him up they did not stop to talk to me It cost me about 70 I am concerned that he was not treated well because he shivered and cowed down on the way home He is 10 years and has never done that before I do not recommend them South Broadway Tyler TX

"Products not guaranteed leading to allergic reactions"

This isnt the first second or even third time this has happened but I have 2 guinea pigs who eat a lot of hay Unfortunately i have an allergy to timothy hay First issue is that its hit or miss whether the bag you have has good quality hay More often than not I end up with with differnent cut hays which are likely first cut but full of stems and twigs which i do not want to feed This is a problem with the supplier but Petsmart sellig their product shows that they trust it which they should not The amount of waste in the bad is extremely large with a good portion being inedible for my animals The second issue and the more concerning one is that I buy orchard hay to reduce my allergies MULTIPLE times i ve bout a bag of orchard hay and it turns out to be timothy which im ALLERGIC to The damage to my pets is low but what if i had an animal that was also allergic to timothy hay and i bought a bad assuming that it was orchard or if i was a new owner just trusting the product This isn t just a mistake this is something much larger and the reason that they get away with it is Petsmart does not seem to care I ve called and raised the complaint on the phone but we all know that is where the buck stops so i m hoping that people see this and maybe think about making some changes or atleast guarantee on the product
