The usual excellent product well packed Only four stars because of delivery taking several days when it used to be always the next day

I regard Pharma Nord as an excellent resource for health based on many years experience of buying and using a diverse range of their products Their Customer Service is excellent and their delivery times are prompt There is good information about each product on their site and they now operate a rewards prgramme which has allowed me to order two free products in exchange for my accumulated points I do heartily recommend this company However I have taken away a star as I feel that the boxes containing the order should be secure Sellotape or something The boxes can be opened and closed again without damage and this leaves me a bit uneasy I prefer to know that my order cannot be tampered with Please take note Pharma Nord You re a wonderful company but this aspect may let you down

The products are great The website is a little difficult to find what you want All products contain points cards which you can use to order products free It is difficult to find the discount codes e g for over 65s so I have sometimes missed out on better discounts Deliveries are almost immediate though so if you re running out don t worry

Change of packaging created delivery

Change of packaging created a delivery problem with post office If my order came as 2 packs of supplements it would arrive as 2 separate packs that fitted through my letterbox Recently I received an order in packaging that was double thickness and postman could not fit it through my letterbox and I had to retreive it from the sorting office If anyone has the same problem we need to add instructions to postman each time we order in case the thicker packaging is used to enable him to leave in a safe place I emailed Pharma Nord explaining my problem and got a series of prompt replies with this advice

I like that their supplements are bio-available making them better than most on the market They have a great choice of supplements in handy categories such as heart health immunity blood pressure etc etc They are also reasonably priced and have a points redemption scheme
