Only 4 because I ordered two items

Only 4 because I ordered two items recently and only received 1 item and refunded for the other due to it becoming out of stock When I checked the website the following day every size was in stock so had to pay again for delivery when I re ordered it

Helpful customer service

I had an issue with my account there seemed to be a technical fault with the online contact form as it wouldn t submit but once I contacted via email my issue was resolved very promptly by Rosie who was very friendly helpful and professional I had to return my items due to them not fitting but this was very straightforward and received promptly Although a free returns option would be appreciated

Lovely items but can t trust the pictures

Was looking for something glam for the Xmas night out I found a lovely bag and shoes to match on Pink Boutique Both arrived quickly however when seeing them in real life they are both very different colours even though the photos on the site make them look a perfect match so I ve ended up looking elsewhere to find either a bag or shoes that matches either of the items I bought I ll be keeping both but just a bit annoying
