Good product Took a while but that was understandable in the covid crisis Was hard to get an update but good product overall

Boxes arrived as ordered some a little dirty and some have some leftover molding to remove But website easy to use All 10 boxes ordered arrived in one giant box

Ordered 2 133litre boxes and they arrived promptly unfortunately 1 was damaged but Rafal kindly told me he would send another to replace it after I took photos to prove the damage Now awaiting the arrival of a new one to replace old

Great range of products and easy to order Delivery arrived but one item was missing and another was in that I hadn t ordered - smashed at the bottom corner too so can t use it Emailed a couple of times and sent address for replacement as requested but missing item not arrived and no clue how to return the wrong item that was delivered

Happy with units but delivery a bit confusing had email to say being delivered on a Thursday from courier but did not arrive went to track they said they hadn t received goods arrived on friday but no notification

Ordered 10 boxes which arrived very quickly unfortunately the cardboard packaging had been damaged in transit and 4 of the boxes inside badly broken Sales got back to me right away and immediately sent replacements which also arrived very quickly The plastic boxes are very good quality

They phoned when the product was only available in a different colour to ask if I wanted to go ahead Still arrived on time Extremely well packaged and great price What better service could you ask for
