Delivery was very late I asked to cancel before despatch but this was not honoured found the same product cheaper else where Item itself was as expected

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery When I phone to chase they kept promising to call me back but never did and also didn t respond to emails Did eventually dispatch a replacement which arrived quickly and is of good quality

I am a bit disappointed
I am a bit disappointed with this company I ordered the boxes and was given no estimated delivery date the confirmation email said there was a date on the website for deliveries - there wasn t After a while I chased the order but got no reply A couple of weeks later the boxes randomly arrived and they weren t the colour I had ordered and there was no communication to say they were on their way Luckily the colour wasn t a massive issue but I am not sure I will order again from here as the communication has been severely lacking

Great product
Great product Would be 5 stars but sending 3 x 9 litre boxes out in a box that is roughly 4ft x 3ft x 2ft is not a good use of packaging

Great variety of products and good prices Delivery was pretty quick Plastic chairs dont feel very robust hopefully they will last long Also it has been impossible to contact them I tried to add an item before the order was shipped but there was no answer to any of my calls and when i emailed i got a random answer that didnt relate to my message and no further action

Shaky start but things got better
A shaky start with several delays in delivery and one box was damaged in transit However following my email to them they responded quickly with a replacement which should now be on the way Fingers crossed it arrives safely

OK for storing things that are not too heavy they tend to damage quite easy

Product was too flimsy
Product was too flimsy Plastic parts fell off It looks good and is not expensive but the plastic is too fragile
