BAIT AND SWITCH Do not buy They will send you whatever product they feel like and then stop answering your communications when you offer multiple choices of fair resolution especially if you are shielding or otherwise unable to return They also will flat-out lie and say that they responded one way when you can prove by the ebay message record that they said something else They are liars bait-and-switchers and terrible all around Shouldn t be legal to operate this way

Again I should have read Trust Pilot first This company should be prosecuted they take your money and do not deliver the goods After much chasing I also received a message siting staff shortages etc I eventually received a refund from PayPal They also trade under the name VOX HOMESHOP LIMITED AVOID

Disgusting attitude A month of non stop messaging or phone calls yet no sign of our order Will be reporting to trading standards although it seems trading standards is taking no notice of the members of public who have fallen victim to this scam company How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me No wonder the world turns to China we have companies like this who leave us no choice but to look elsewhere for efficient service

I ordered from the company a few times and no issue This time I have just moved house and ordered 10 x 80L boxes Arrived fine and when it came to lifting them out the bottom box has been broken in the corners and it has not been packaged properly to ensure it doesn t break I have contacted them numerous times over the last 2 months and nobody has got back to me As a repeat customer I m quite frankly appalled at the lack of customer service or monitoring e-mails - and refunding what probably amounts to under 10

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI wish I had read TrustPilot beforehand Since taking my payment two months ago I have not received my item nor have I had any response to numerous emails and phone calls Other TrustPilot reviews confirm that this is a common experience with this company Thankfully my card company have been able to refund me while they pursue payment Truly apalling

Now this is a company that just ignores you if something goes wrong I did receive my goods and in a good amount of time not spectacular but several boxes were broken another company that uses WorldPay written 3 emails so far for support and none have been replied to this company trades under VOX HOMESHOP LIMITED

I have placed 2 orders with the company approx 140 in total The first order arrived promptly but I received a brown bin instead of a silver bin I sent emails but heard nothing back As it was just 2 49 I just let it slide My second order took several weeks to arrive Once again my emails were ignored when I reached out and I could not get through to anyone on the phone When the order did eventually arrive the silver bin didn t have a lid and the white diamond boxes were different colours most were cream and one was white Again I reached out via email and was twice asked to send photos I was told several weeks ago that a replacement bin would be sent Unsurprisingly this has never arrived There was no acknowledgement of the 2 different colours of diamond boxes I recognise that the swing bins i ordered only cost 2 49 but I only ordered a second one as the first one was the wrong colour through their error I would have liked to think that they would provide the correct item second time round Clearly I was wrong
