Placed the order but didn t get confirmation of delivery date After a couple of weeks tried contact by phone and email but no responses Product arrived a few days later but poor quality handle come off when boxes loaded

Not all there cracked up to be

Well to be honest only got these because everyone on insta ravs about them however the style is pretty but thats as far as it goes the lids dont lock shut just seem to balance on the top so pointlessDont think ill be doing snother purchase

Customer Service is non- existent

They don t answer the telephone or messages My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday but wasn t They were then closed all weekend- although they don t answer communication anyway I finally received my order Monday with no apology for delay Product great but Awful customer service

Disappointing

The clip on one of the lids of the boxes was broken upon unpackaging the boxes I contacted customer services to ask to be sent a replacement clip but I never got a reply Also some of the boxes are deformed from transport and the lids won t clip on them Apart from that the boxes whose lids do click on them are fine for storage
