BP Plastics to the Rescue

I have recently used BP Plastics to provide me with a duct and duct pull pit products Mick Tucker assisted me and his advice and service was excellent After I made my first order I was let down by a different supplier for an item which would have held up my installation Without hesitation Mick assisted me I ordered the item circa 11 am 5 sept 22 and it was delivered by 8 30 next morning I should also mention that I had made an error on my first order and this was addressed without any problems as well I cannot thank Mick enough for his excellent service and customer care and customer care

Great service very impressed

We needed a fitting that we could not find on BPP website so we made a call and spoke to Will Will was fairly sure that they could help and so spoke to Tom Warehouse manager who said that they could supply the parts to make our fitting up We ordered the parts there then via their website on the Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered to our office the very next day by 11 00am Not only that but Tom had actually pre-assembled the fitting for us saving some head-scratching on site First time we have used BP Plastics but certainly will not be the last Well done guys

Ordered several lengths of 6m x 110mm drainage pipe at an excellent price delivery was received within two days by Tufnells who were also excellent No damage to the pipes either This comes after I had previously ordered the same items from Sky Plastics in September after waiting months and countless excuses then finally having to contact PayPal to get my money back as the pipes were not delivered Sky Plastics stated that they no longer sell individual 6m lengths of this pipe as the couriers kept damaging them Well maybe you should try using Tufnells
