Very Disappointed With Service

Very disappointed 2 days taken off of work Thermostats on radiator still not fix Asked for manager to call back totally blank no phone call very disappointing svs

Plusheat s error will resort into debt collection on your name

Ive renew miltiple times with plus heat and at each time renewing i have instructed them to turn auto renewal off This time it was no different However plusheat seem to find it ok to share my details with a debt collection agency as they believe i ow them money After speaking with their customer service advisor it seems they have made a mistake as i did renew with someone over the phone and that the error is on their end However what I m not fond of Is contacting someone whos saying that a ccj will be issued which will effect me in the future In no fault of my own i have instructed my solicitors and i will persue to sue for compensation on this error happened by the agents company Its given me nothing but distress from this morning

Near criminal level of negligence Plusheat left me without heat for 5 days causing extreme inconvenience discomfort and cost Following a painful month long complaints process I am now being forced to pay to leave the contract that they did not uphold Ignore the generic response below none of my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction

I am very disappointed with service

I am very disappointed with service The company staffs are NOT reading my complaint emails and promises are honoured Engineers are NOT competent and caused more work Boiler service caused damaged to my washing machine and they are not willing to fix it I NEVER got the certificate for the boiler service I had to call corgi Plummer fix the radiators I contacted Plusheat 16 times and sent an email but to no avail Now I have to go through to my credit card company to get money back

AVOID AVOID AVOID Had appointment for Thursday 4th Jan 2024 between 8-6 Stayed off work didn t turn up Rang Friday morning put through to some lady who said engineer on his way now he s 2 minutes away Raced home didn t show up checked cctv no one been Rang again Saturday fuming got an appointment for Sunday again between 8-6pm Came around 11 15am all on cctv said thinks it needs a new valve and will contact plusheat for authorisation and went to his van Thought he would be back but left Monday morning I get an email saying job successfully done Back onto the phone and fuming they then change tune and say engineer said we would have to wait for the whistling boiler to break down before the problem could be fixed I said put me through to cancellations they now want to charge me to cancel my poilcy which auto renewed without me having any communication from them now 2 months in on 2nd spell I lost 120 in wages for 2 no shows from engineersI m contacting trading standards tomorrow and they won t be getting another penny off me I ve been lied to and now trying to bully me into paying cancellation fee Oh engineer put on his report arrived 9 48am left 16 47pm he arrived around 11 15pm stayed 48 minutes This is the worst company I ve ever dealt with

Complaint in progress with Ombudsman

Currently have a complaint in progress with the Insurance Ombudsman Maximum cost of repair permitted allowed in T Cs for a 10 year old boiler is 300 which reduces to 150 for older boilers which would have been fine if the repair was priced realistically I needed to source my own plumber for less than 1 hour of work and a 70 component Total cost for Plus Heat was over 570 incl the 99 call out fee I now being sent adverts by Plus Heat trying to get me to replace the boiler with a 300 discount which would appear to be part of a cynical business plan And the submission of their accounts to Companies House is over due too so I wouldn t pay for a year up front

Terrible company boiler broke down

Terrible company boiler broke down payed 99 for someone to come out and then refused to pay for parts to fix then try to sell me a new boiler avoid this company at all costs unless you like giving money away

No show again

No show again Given a time slot of 8am to 6pm to wait in for our annual boiler service Waited in all day and no engineer showed up There has been no phone call to say he she was not coming in fact no communications at all Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happen It is a yearly occurrence It is time to give up on them

I was the guy with previous review Engineer didn t turn up twice Engineer that turned up just came in with a screwdriver booked 7 hours but was only here for 48 minutes I don t want this company anywhere near my house but they won t cancel my policy So trading standards it is

Having an appalling time with this

Having an appalling time with this company overcharged for a repair before Christmas Still fighting to get a partial refund have sent screenshots of engineer arriving and leaving The approximate overcharged is 100 they say engineer was on-site over two hours it was twenty minutes I paid full year upfront if I hadn t I would have cancelled the contract The complaints felt don t reply to emails very disappointed will be taking my business elsewhere next year Please avoid this company
