I went here to buy a car with a friend and no intention of buying myself I saw a car and fell in love with it so purchased on a whim A week later noticed and oil leak Called them and car was taken in no issues After another week or so the car came up with an engine fault Again car back in and needing major work I have a mechanic in the family who calmed me and explained that these things happen on second hand cars it s no one s fault What you should be worried about is how they handle it My car was at the lower end of the scale these guys sell And a no point did I feel like a lower end customer I expressed I wanted to keep the car as long as it s fixed Throughout the entire process I had a courtesy car had regular updates and reassured the whole way through The car was returned to me in perfect order and was even valeted again Adam was an absolute star to deal with as was Neil in the garage There was no quibbling and I could tell they were mortified about the whole situation Based on the amazing after service these guys provided I will go back Btw a friend has their car and it s perfect as is mine now Thank you so much for your time patience and service guys I will definitely return
