I had some furniture delivered today by Steve Tom They telephoned ahead to say they were on their way They had to move my other furniture to bring in the new and nothing was too much trouble They were very friendly and provided an excellent service Thank you

We required two new sofas there is a vast choice in their showroom staff were not pushy and we were able to wander around in our own time looking and deciding They were available to help when required and we bought the sofas Dealt with by Gavin who was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable

I visited Ponsford to look at colours for a new stressless mayfair chair Mary assisted me answering my questions on delivery charge and told me of the offer on the chair she was very approachable friendly and knowledgeable I revisited the next day and ordered my new chair and footstool Again Mary was great

Rob and Steve arrived in the allotted time frame They were both polite chatty and professional They bring their own sheets to put down on the carpet to ensure they don t bring any dirt in My overall experience with Ponsford has been exceptional the prices are fair too I wish I d been to look around the store years ago
