PIB - great website Consistent terrible packing standards when shipped Majority of pops always arrive damaged
Online shopping with PIB is always a pleasure Easy and sufficient However it s hard for me to give any rating above a 3 star due to the consistent poor shipping standards with every purchase You would think that a company company called Pop In A Box would ship with care but that is NEVER the case I would purchase more if shipping with care standards would improve

Love the deals and items to choose from but the care put into shipping the items is lacking severely Funko Pop boxes tend to come in damaged and ripped As a collector these boxes need to be pristine and brand new

I ve been a customer for about 7 years now have gotten 70 of my collection from PIAB lately I ve noticed that right after they ship my preorders that I patiently waited for months up to a year one time they immediately go on a 50 to 60 off for a quick buy Doesn t seem fair and I think the discount should be applied to the items shipped too

I didn t like the shipping process PIB has had a worsening reputation lately It seems like you guys don t care to get orders shipped quickly after purchases I waited more than 6 days to see any movement on the tracking number For several days the info said USPS has received notice to expect an item for shipping or something similar So many people complain about items being pushed back often I don t know what s really going on but come on guys My 1st purchase from PIB was great Hasn t been since Thanks for my item though

I do not like the way you package your pops I have received many packages from you guys with extremely damaged pops Why don t you guys pack the pops in shipper boxes like hot topic or at least pack them with padding I have stayed away from your site because you guys continually ship pops that come damaged
