I bought four Funko Pops from pop in a box I bought them because they were 5 each I ordered my Funko pops on December 17th and was told that they were coming December 21st However they came 9 days later Getting in touch with them about my order was a hassle Sometimes when I messaged them about my problem they told me that they didn t understand what I was saying I had to message them two times about one thing just for them to answer one of my problems because they said they couldn t understand what I was saying They would even say the opposite of what I said I told them that I wanted to cancel my replacement order for the order I was mad about and they said that we re happy that you received your order ignoring my saying that I wanted to cancel the replacement Pop in a box is not bad at any means In fact their deals and exclusives are top notch But the customer service line is not the best

7 of the 8 pops ordered were delivered in one very large box and all were in excellent condition The last was delivered 2 days later in a small box that was crushed

Put bubble wrap on fonko pops
All the orders I have received are damaged some how Hope you guys start using bubble wrap because most of us are in box collectors
