Will Not Be Ordering Through Them Ever Again
At first I was ordering pops and then they were taking forever to get to me At least a year Now all the pre-orders I have ordered are getting canceled due to stock running out Why have a pre-order if you aren t going to honor them I have had at least half my orders canceled I was buying from them and I wasn t going to continue when I wasn t getting pops but once I did I decided I d stick with them Now that anything I order pre-order gets canceled what s the point I m not getting it and now I ll never have them unless I want to pay someone who is selling it for a ridiculously high price

If you want a real rating check their BBB rating and reviews No bots on there They cancelled my preorders charged me for them which I provided bank statements to prove and they still refused to issue a refund

You guys are the worst I can only assume that Funko has taken your distribution access away since multiple exclusives have been canceled I hope I had something to do with that Your customer service is horrible and shipping practices even worse Good riddance to bad rubbage
