You advertised a product being sold I purchased it waited 3 months to receive my order then to check status as to when my item will be shipping but you ended up canceling it Seems you where false advertising that item all along

Don t even bother ordering from this company they sent 4 of my packages via ups mail innovations and ups lost 2 of them Piab wont even refund the shipping cost you pay for for their crappy service I m done with them

Nothing but a SCAM
I ordered something with my referral credit and a couple days later I get a email saying my order was canceled and now I can t even sign into my account when I enter my email address it says no account associated What a joke and what a scam Two years ago my account mysteriously disappeared also just like this and all the referral credit I had built up which was over 100 just completely gone

You can improve by shipping your items better Stuffing 4 pops tightly in a thin cardboard box is a good way for the customer to receive them damaged On my last purchase every pop I received was damaged and now I m waiting on 3 more orders Hopefully they don t come in the same way

The time it takes to ship out then get items here is ridiculous considering where they ship from You need to stop using UPS Mail Innovations Other carriers charge the same flat rate fee without the prolonged wait I can literally drive to the shipping location and back home faster than the order gets picked up by UPS Then it usually goes South near Nashville TN then back to Louisville KY 5 miles from where it shipped from then sets for 2 days or more before making the short 25 mile trip to my house It s ridiculous

No clue when or if it s ever going to arrive
I placed my order on 11 29 It said the estimated delivery was 12 6 yet I still have not received as of 12 12 and shipping updates stopped 4 days ago No information as to where it is or when if it will be delivered If there was some kind of delay then that is something I should be notified about and I absolutely should have some general idea of a delivery date This is the 2nd Order I ve placed The 1st one never got filled and I finally canceled it after a month This will be my last order with Pop in a box

Two of my items worth 39 9 each Didn t arrive I ve been chasing a refund and advocating for myself for months on end They said the refund should be posted in last month But it didn t I ve had to wait near a year to even get them to take it seriously Two Your refund return not arrive policy needs work Specially when at the time of my order late arriving items were the norm It wasn t just december it was Covid December
