Care was not taken by postage company

Posters were just what I wanted however came to me wet and damaged Not a complaint for poster store but more the courier Care was not taken Won t prevent me ordering again but this experience was a little disappointing

Great posters great quality

Great posters Lovely sharp prints on thick paper Look fabulous framed Only negative was they were delivered to a pick up point and having to collect them was inconvenient - my fault for not reading it properly

Creased poster

Very pleased with a frame I ordered including beautiful posters reminding us of a lovely weeks holiday spent in Italy sadly the larger poster was creased on the back fortunately this isn t that noticeable on the front is on a bedroom wall I did write had confirmation that poster was on its way feeling disappointed as almost two weeks later I am still waiting may have been better in a tube via post Posterstore has since kindly offered a replacement or refund pleased with their speedy response after my initial review

Delivered within a good time frame Good quality prints overall we are very pleased I Have used this company quite afew times over the last few years we are very satisfied

Good customer service

Have used poster twice previously and very pleased This time I was very frustrated by the poor tracking technology and no email updates When I queried with customer service it took a week to get a response and by that time the order was returned However The reposting of the order apologies for inconvenience and respond to resolve has been brilliant

All good but not a UK company

Magnetic frames arrived with no problem and the quality is as expected My only disappoint is that this is not a UK based company despite the co uk URL

Quick no questions resolution

The frame arrived damaged but a replacement was offered and sent out immediately no questions No need to return damaged item either A bit annoying but couldn t ask for a better response Happy with product second time round

Nice prints and customer service

Received my prints after 8 days They claim to deliver within 2-4 days The quality of the prints is nice and good so its not a problem to wait a bit longer but 2 of my 3 frames are damaged And 1 of my 3 photos is missing Yesterday I messaged them by mail but I m still waiting for a solution I ordered posterstore be but its all the same right -After posting this review they reacted immediately Personal posters are printed on a different location and are sent separately Maybe they should put this information on their website order confirmation They are also sending new frames After all nice customer service Fingers crossed for the new frames

The poster I wanted wasn t in the size I needed so I have brought a different one but it s a shame that I can t get the correct one

Not glossy posters just matte on paper

I was expecting these to be bright and glossy Maybe I didn t read it properly but they are just matt on thick paper The quote ones especially I could have printed clearer with my own printer however they do look lovely now they are up in the frames They were packaged well and arrived quickly
