The quality of print is good but the quality of return process is extremly bad I have been waiting for one month for delivering my return parcel and refund according to store procedures it should take 2 weeks - 3 maximum I don t know when it happen Customer service keep me waiting for email with confirmation for how long Nobody s know What s a shame I won t buy anything in the future

Rubbish quality print

Rubbish quality print colour not as advertised - it looked dull and lacked the brightness which it showed online Furthermore it took ages to arrive to be disappointed Requested a partial refund due to dissatisfaction with the product but was not supported They rejected the partial refund which as a customer I am very unhappy with Make sure you are willing to receive a product which lacks in quality

Wrong colour

The print I ordered was a completely different shade of green when it arrived On the website it looks like a sage green colour but in reality it s a mint green light turquoise colour Not what I was looking for at all

Still no reply after two attempts at contact with regard to a damaged frame and no other way to contact other than a generic online form Online chat not working Not looking great at the moment to get a replacement in time for Christmas but ever hopeful

I have had posters before from Poster

I have had posters before from Poster Store and loved them This time I was so disappointed they came with a crease down the centre and really poor quality One of them you can hardly see the design I ordered 3 and the colours were dull The 3 went straight in the bin and I won t be ordering again such a shame as I loved the first ones I got

We ordered four shelves from here and

We ordered four shelves from here and have had trouble with all of them When trying to attach these to the walls we have had over half of the screws that came with the product snap straight off when screwing them in leaving us to have to go out and repurchase hardware to be able to get the shelves flush to the wall

Save your money and buy at IKEA

Save your money and buy similar but cheaper frame options from IKEA Metal bracket fell off on first putting my print in It works but at the top so less pressure to hold the print Not the quality I was expecting for 3 times the price of a similar IKEA option I asked for a replacement backing board and was offered 30 refund on the purchase not a resolution to the issue Very slow customer service response too

Unlikely to use again

After putting my order in I immediately realised it was wrong As advised on the website to change orders before dispatch I needed to contact Customer Services straight away So I did It took 3 days for a reply by which time order had been sent and the only way to resolve was to return posters Even if the order had been right the Posters arrived bent and creased and unusable Nevermind charges to return Unlikely to use this site again

Charged 10 for returns

The posters were printed on quality paper but arrived grainy and blurry Did not look like advert pictures looked like photocopies tbhBEWARE you are charged nearly 10 to return the items
