Ordered on November 28th received tracking number one day later Since then nothing happened the tracking is unchanged and the order seems to not have been sent Order confirmation states delivery time of 1-3 days if longer contact customer service Contacted customer service over a week ago and haven t received an answer Tried contacting them in the chat today and they re offline even though they re supposed to be open I reported this to Klarna to get my money back but they say that I need to contact posterstore I feel scammed and don t recommend anyone to order from here

Misleading frame size marketing and poor customer service The dimensions in the product description are not the exact measurement of the frame you will receive Be sure to search for the size guide buried in the details as this business makes the customer pay for return shipping

I ordered over 700 of merchandise but it did not work out I spent 150 to ship it back Poster Store sent me a confirmation that they received my items and would credit my card but it has been almost a month and they have not I ve written to them 4 times and still no credit I ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company

Terrible experience It s a shame because the posters are very nice but the customer service is not working I ordered four times with posterstore and I had a problem with three of my orders The first time there were two posters out of 9 missing The second time my order was doubled With 2 payments of course They said I would get a refund within 10 days so we will see but i am not optimistes The third time out of 4 posters they forgot one and put a different poster than one I initially ordered When I complained they sent the missing item but not the other one so I Guess it means I will keep the one I never ordered instead When you write to customer service they do not answer so you dont know Whats going on And there is no number to call I paid over 400 in total to this company and I got stress and disappointment so i wont order again How can I give you my contact privately

The Poster Store has horrible customer service Their site is super faulty I tried weeks ago to escalate a customer service ticket and it did not submit I went and wrote in via Instagram with my concerns via a direct DM and never received a reply I followed up via an IG post and nothing I will never place an order again Highly dissatisfied Don t blame your marketing team if they can t reach goals because you will have to rectify your reputation management first Order number reference 3072970

I tried for several hours on your site and when I had finally decided to purchase I was unable to get the transaction through No where does it say submit your order A big waste of my time

Posters are not same colour quality of picture online

Fuzzy bleak picture not even close to the displayed in the product view Probably run from a mediocre average 600p homeprinter Save your money and buy quality

Order received damaged Took over a week for customer service to get back to me which I then had to chase up I was advised I would receive a complimentary poster with the replacement frames for the inconvenience this never happened though and I only received the replacement frames A shame really hate being promised something that doesn t get followed through Left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth especially for the price I paid as I bought a full set The items are lovely don t get me wrong but shame about the service delivery and follow up involved

I ordered 5 A3 prints of various landscapes - the colours are weak in all of them particularly the Lake Bled and Tuscany images which are almost monotone compared to the vibrant online images I could have printed the Faroe Island image myself in higher resolution Good paper quality but I m not sure I can gift these for Christmas Hoping they look better in a frame Surprised and disappointed as most other reviews were positive
