I got posters och frames in 3 different packages 2 packages delivered by DHL after cca 10days in J nk ping and one package day after in completely another city Huskvarna where I had to go to pick it up delay in delivery and wrong city but posters and frames wonderful

The parcel was well-packed the only positive moment for me Posters have margins so the frame looks strange with it as the size of printed area is not quite what s been expected The quality of pictures is also disappointing looks cheap and not really like a poster but more like if I printed it myself at home Now I need to look for the replacement UPD My review has been politely and quickly addressed by the customer service which I consider a very nice approach to customers I am changing the rate but leaving the original text

Update The day after I wrote this review I received an email from the poster store stating they received my email and they are mailing me new posters at no cost Updated my rating Love their posters However their customer service is non existent I received damaged posters and have contacted them 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have had no response I ve emailed directly and filled out their online contact form Very disappointing considering I wanted to order even more posters

I just received my online purchase and I am pleasantly surprised with the whole experience posterstore has soooo many designs to choose from and I have saved a lot in my wishlist and they currently have an ongoing promotion which pushed me to finally order through them and fortunately I did Orders were delivered to me just on the fourth day from purchase including weekend and I m satisfied with the prints Really elevated the areas at home where I put the prints up Didn t give a perfect 5 as the frames were a bit flimsy but just alright for the price Would recommend and would love to purchase again

Only took them 4 days to deliver my posters I love my posters so much and I will definitely be ordering from their website again

It is not their fault that my experience has been an absolute nightmare so five stars I have now purchased 12 posters for the exact same space First set were too large and ripped when I opened them Second 4 were the right size also ripped when I opened them even though I was very careful Poster store credited both orders to my account Third set of 4 arrived and did not rip imagine my excitement However as I was putting them in their frames my cat chewed off the edge of one of them I kid you NOT I had to order one more Thank God for their amazing customer service and fairly quick shipping My wall had been blank for weeks now but Posterstore has done everything to make it right In terms of the quality of the prints I am obviously happy or I would have thrown in the towel a long time ago Also you get what you pay for and minus frames matting they are very low cost just be careful opening them take your time and peel off the black sticker completely

I recently ordered posters from here and never received a confirmation email so I used their customer service form to contact them and sent a screenshot of my order number that popped up on my laptop I got no response for a couple of days so I resent a message realizing I had a typo in my email and thats why nothing was going through Still nothing I then sent a direct email to their customer service line and another few days and still nothing Im starting to wonder if the posters will even show up So unfortunate because their posters are super cute Edit They got back to me I ended up incorrectly filling out my information The posters were delivered in a super timely manner about 6 working days and they are amazing quality Will definitely be buying from them again
