Christmas Shopping traffic on the 21st of December and the single entrance exit is blocked by a 6 car length delivery truck so no-one can get in or out of the parking lot Stand Still not even able to get out of the parking bay for an hour with my 2 small children in the car 1 and 5 years old at 18 00 After 45 minutes of crying and screaming I walked to get them some food and the only place in the industrial area is 22 minutes walk away Clear evidence from CCTV and the Staff at Curry s PC World trying to stop people from attacking each other in the parking lot and they just say Whilst we note your comments and reason for appeal we can confirm that the maximum stay period within this car park is 3 hours As your vehicle was on site for 3 hours and 57 minutes this was an overstay of 57 minutes The signage on site clearly sets out the terms and conditions of parking including the maximum stay period There are no exceptions to these terms and we can therefore confirm that this PCN has been issued correctly What would I be doing at Curry s for 3hrs and 57 minutes Waste more of my time appealing to a third party Take your 60 and enjoy your millions stolen from hard working people Shameful

Premier Park are a very difficult company to deal with On this occasion we appealed to the better nature of the Store we d been in for longer than the allowed duration that PP state and they Costco arranged a cancellation this being our first time to get such PCN

Got a ticket on a hire car which the rental company paid PremierPark will not let you appeal even if you are innocent and can prove it because the fine is paid The restaurant I was parked at tried to get the fine cancelled but PremierPark just replied that the fine has been paid Even a written appeal by Post just gets the same arrogant response Their website won t let you enter an appeal if the fine is paid and they give no email contact address which just shows what sort of creepy outfit this is

Absolute scum scammers Both Premier park ltd and debt recovery plus when are the government going to do something about them I can only surmise they are of the same breeding probably being back handed to turn a blind eye We are supposed to be a civilised country not in my eyes
