The glasses are beautiful

The glasses are beautiful The shipping was very fast with very much appreciated updates regularly The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because I was a little surprised that the case the Chanel sunglasses came with was not a leather case I ve never bought Chanel glasses without them coming with a leather case A little disappointing Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Pretavoir Highly recommend Thank You

Prescription lenses experience

Purchasing from the site was great however when adding prescription lenses it was a little confusing My prescription was for computer lenses and when the arrived they had a color tint on them instead of clear lenses which was disappointing Reply yes I m sure I m giving my review for Pretavoir I ordered Dec 8 2022 and received the order on Dec 14 2022 I m not sure why you are showing 27th date

Very good experienceI bought Gucci frame with Truoptics lenses It was high quality and original I think I am going to order again from them next time it took total 17 days from the day I order to receive the order

Prescription vari sunglasses

Prescription vari sunglasses Website suggested about 10 business days - took a month though so missed taking them on hols somewhere sunny Also some posting back and forth required - its OK but wasn t made clear at point of purchase They had the best price and I m sure have good follow up support and 24m warranty so not complaining too much -

The price that was deducted from my card was more than what was listed as the price on website the sunglasses are good i felt that they were not balanced

Placing order through the website was easy however delivery options are not optimal For UAE destination it s usually AED 20 delivery which is handled by Aramex a more reliable service comparing to Emirates Post I believe international delivery could be improved Love the design and fit of the sunglasses I got through Pret A Voir

Everything is great packaging fast shipping quality products The only drawback is the inability to return the goods if the product does not suit me

Definitely recommend

Great try on at home service and lots of choice on the website Plenty of options for lenses but only thing I would say is to make the try on at home and then purchasing those glasses and choosing lenses process more seamless as I ended up trying glasses at home and then reordering again as it was the easiest to follow on the website Customer service even said to re-order as it s the easiest way

Excellent communication great service

Excellent communication Easy to contact to discuss person to person Careful fitting process for varifocals which might seem a bit slow and steady but it seems to work very well So not ideal if you want varifocals in a hurry but the risk element of getting the transition from distance to near vision would seem to be greatly reduced so you re more likely to get what you want first time

Frame details of its width and its temple lengths are very helpful Full frontal view appears when clicking on the image The frame was delivered in a timely manner and corresponds to what was seen on screen i e it looks like what I expected Maybe a graphic for how the width of frames would look on wide narrow or average width faces would be good Thank you
