Excellent Customer Service

I ordered my glasses and they arrived promptly however the frame had a small scratch on it which hadn t been picked up prior to sending I emailed customer services straight away who told me to return them free of charge a new pair was sent once they had received the faulty ones All in all good communications with uptodate emails throughout The replacement pair arrived promptly again but not in time for my holidayI have recommended to my friends as such good value and excellent customer service I will be buying from here again

I purchased Persol sunglasses with Zeiss Varifocal lenses Most importantly I m delighted with the glasses I had to communicate with Pretavoir a few times their people are friendly and professional From placing the order to receiving the finished glasses took over 30 days

Glasses arrived eventually FedEx aren t great Had to call Pret a Voir twice and also mail them to keep the momentum going Otherwise I don t think anything would have happened So the tracking process could be improved although the root cause of the problem was FedEx

We were a little dubious as the savings

We were a little dubious as the savings looked almost too good to be true on the sunglasses my wife wanted We review the ratings on here etc and ordered them Friday evening opting for 24hr Royal Mail delivery expecting them Tuesday all being well due to the weekend they have arrived Monday lunchtime Having examined the glasses we are happy with them although we were disappointed with the condition of them on initial arrival and had to spend some time cleaning the lens and frame as they were smudges over the lens and the frames were smeared with fingerprints- hence 4 stars not 5

I ordered police shades for the first time from this website was little bit worried will it be the original one and finally my package arrived very satisfied with the shipment nicely packed and the product is amazing and as i wanted will order again in the future thanks

Everything fine FedEx a disaster

Everything was fine but FedEx service was a total disaster They postponed the delivery two times Every morning their tracking service wrote Delivery expected today before 13 20 then around 2 pm it changed to expected today before 20 00 then to delivery delayed And next morning it started over Even when customs clearance was done and I called them to ask when they could not tell me a clear delivery time Just awful Have you considered other shippers

Glasses arrived quite quickly and after some misunderstanding quickly rectified I m quite happy with the result

Great but one thing

As overall experience it was great However the frame arrived unadjusted and needed some work to fine adjust the temples myself So it would be better if some extra care was taken considering that I am an International Customer who can not visit the store to do the adjustment inhouse In conclusion this will not stop me from buying my next glasses very soon

Customer service was excellent and responsive I got my genuine ic Berlin in good and secured package within the guaranteed time of delivery The only ask from me is to have greater variety of prescription lens to choose from on the website e g PhotoFusion X Blue purple and other coating option of Zeiss s lenses I would absolutely recommend my friends to order specs from Pretavoir EXCELLENT

Ordering experience was good it was easy and fast Pricing are good as well I will definitely recommend it However some minor defect issue upon delivering the sun glasses Contacted the customer service and they responded quickly to resolve the issue Thumbs up For buyers from Singapore please note that you will be charged for GST if the item is more than SGD400 even though you select the slowest shipping
