Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service competitive prices for glasses but be 100 sure that high prescription lenses will be 100 inaccurate Their lab is very fast to act but with very little attention to accuracy

The magnet on the glasses is damaged

The magnet on the glasses is damaged and does not hold the clip on and it took to much time to arrive so I d like to know how we will fix that please

Horrible

Horrible I purchased sunglasses and Prevatoir delivered the wrong sunglasses Prevatoir looked into the matter and determined the manufacteur no longer makes the sunglasses it advertised and sold me Further Prevatoir has made me go to great lengths to refund me and offered no compensation for the hassle it put me through or its negligence

Faulty suspected counterfeit glasses

Please please be aware of this company I purchased a pair of prescription glasses when delivered there was a fault which they suggested was a quality control issue They were exchanged for a second pair On arrival of the second pair there were again faults with the frame my camera is able to focus clearly on the issues so again I contacted them I have lost all faith in this company and the authenticity of their frames so I requested a full refund but they will only refund the costs of the frame but not the lenses What am I supposed to do with the lenses They were bought to be used with the frames if the frames are faulty counterfeit not fit for purpose the whole order should be refunded

Have left voicemails twice and emails and have never heard back from a customer service representative Need to return item that totally did not reflect product shown on website Very disappointed- glasses came so quick thought I had found a very cool resource for future purchases

Customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke I had a question about their return policy which I didn t quite understand Their live chat agent responded with copy-pasting several times the exact same policy I had posed a question about thus she didn t really answer my question Then I received several aggressive and disrespectful e-mails from owner in which he essentially told me that I was in the wrong for having questions about their return policy If they can t accept criticism they shouldn t be in business
