I have used Pretavoir a number of times i have never been disappointed until now Service was great product quality is always amazing including packaging and timely delivery This time however the pictures on website did not reflect the actual product The lenses look much bluer and vibrant on web and shape is not as expected Disappointed but will absolutely order replacements from this company This has not been my previous experience and they are a great company This was my 5th purchase over a number of years Still definitely recommend

I don t like the delivery company that you work with in saudi arabia I got very bad experience with it made me hate order something againYour products are very good though

I have ordered sunglasses as a present

I have ordered sunglasses as a present which arrived in damaged and dirty box After writing to their customer service and sending them a picture of the box where I explained that the sunglasses box is not in condition in which I can give it to someone I returned the package Although it was not my fault they still reduced the refund by the cost of return postage therefore the overall experience and service is 3

Website not the easiest way to navigate through the products Particularly looking for AO sunglasses There are no options to choose or to customize the type of product not as easy as the manufacturer website every pair of sunglasses are listed individual so you need to go through all models to choose

Quick to resolve but wrong lenses supplied

The frames arrived with the wrong prescription and so had to contact to say that they did not work Once they realised however that they had made an error they were quick to resolve

Not sure if this is common or not but I had to wait 3 weeks for my order It was stuck in customs for 2 weeks I had to call FedEx myself to figure out what was wrong I emailed customer service and they said they provided everything they were supposed to It was only after I kept emailing them a picture of the tracking status that customer service called them I just feel like they should ve contacted customs as soon as I first emailed instead of wasting over a week and half of time The glasses arrived in perfect quality just won t order here again to avoid issues

Please do not ship products via DHL

Please do not ship products via DHL I had to pay extra amount for tax in Saudi Arabia It was the second time I purchased sunglasses from Pret a Voir The first shipment was delivered by Aramex and there were no taxes paid The second shipment was couriered via DHL and had to pay tax

Your service was great but shipping company in australia aramex was a shocker it arrived here in 4days and aramex took 7 days to just pick up parcel in brisbane depo We have same experience with every company who use this rubbish courier But many thanks for tour product

Most disappointed to get transition

Most disappointed to get transition lenses that don t work in light conditions I am not an expert so how would I know This was Very expensive outlay and now I need sunglasses tooProtracted wait as you had scratched lenses at the first attempt You did recompense me slightly but I wouldn t use you again
