This company has got it right from start to finish they were so good I was a little hesitant about buying prescription glasses online but I m so pleased with both pairs of glasses

Great service both times I ve ordered speedy delivery great products I had to return one pair of sunglasses because they were the wrong size so waiting for a refund to order a larger size but very pleased overall with service and communication and although I only ordered a few days before Christmas the service was great Big thumbs up from me

I received fantastic customer service from a female member of your team I wanted sunglasses as a Christmas gift and I had missed the 3pm cut off for last orders After explaining my dilemma the member of your team she said if I put the order in asap she would make sure it was dispatched that evening for next day delivery which was the Saturday before Christmas This member of your team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service

The best online service I was sceptical at first to even purchase but I cannot fault at all I actually changed my mind on the lenses and they replace them for free and got them back to me within a week Well happy thanks a lot

Wow is what I said when I opened my package I ordered 2 pairs of Gucci glasses and they were perfect Arrived beautifully presented and packed Spotless clean and perfect fit I ordered on 23 December and they arrived 4 January which I thought was amazing especially as they had shut down for Christmas Very happy customer Highly recommend
