Ordered some Oakley Frogskins on a Thursday and we re delivered to my door Friday afternoon Full tracked service all the way Arrived packaged superbly Used these a couple of times now and I have to say the service is second 2 none Definitely be using these from now on for my sunglasses Great service Thanks Pretavoir

Original glasses was too small Returned and swapped for a bigger and different model Refunded original amount less initial posting charge which was already stipulated on caveat So no hassle as was refunded and shipped new purchase with no infractions Happy with purchase

As expected great service and delivery from pretavoir have always used them for past 15years for specs and sunnies Highly recommended 2 pairs of frames were on back order so took little longer then usual however they contacted me saying that after 3 weeks when I dropped an email to see how my glasses were going they arrived the next day Thank you to you all Pretavoir legends

My order requires special ordering I contacted Pretavoir customer service to place the order The order requires a few correspondence on checking stock restock time frame etc Sean from customer service provided timely follow up and helped me through the ordering process Shipping was prompt and I was provided with timely update on shipping and tracking information I wish all online purchases are this easy and smooth

Absolutely fantastic service from start

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish I initially ordered several pairs of designer frames to try on at home Once I d picked the pair I wanted to keep I spoke to one of the dispensing opticians about which lenses to order Once I decided I placed the order for the lenses on the website and I was also sent a discount code to use which greatly reduced the price I then needed to speak to the dispensing optician again regarding my prescription and what I needed the glasses for and he explained everything so thoroughly and patiently I was told it would be about 7 days but they arrived today less than a week later Highly recommended will absolutely use them again in the future

Exceptional handling of the entire ordering and return process unfortunately the style didn t work for me When it seemed that available options for shipping back to the UK from the U S were rather exhorbitant Pretavoir customer service stepped up and offered to use their DHL label at my cost but real world priced to have the frames picked up Brilliant Totally recommend Pretavoir for vision needs
