I just placed my 4th order with Pretty Little Thing Their social media platforms seem to be flooded with people complaining about shipping and bad customer service but I got my last 3 orders on time 7-10 days after placing my orders and I just placed my 4th order with them yesterday I seriously rate 10 10 for this company Their customer service is SO good no machine generated emails all genuine people who put love into their messages I messaged them on facebook emailed them and dm d their two instagram pages and they got back to all of my messages within a day I was confused about their tracking and they told me the tracking number was with AusPost which worked perfectly To top it all off I love every item I have bought from them AND their 50 off sale has been going on for a good strong month now so the prices are absolutely amazing I ll be tagging them and showing some love in my pics on the gram for sure xxxxx- taylxrbee

I order something new from PLT probably every fortnight Absolutely love their clothes and the quality is always my number 1 go to for online shopping Today was the first time I ve experience a problem with my clothes a zip was broken on my pair of jeans which happens But the other 5 items I ordered were amazing The girls I spoke to were very helpful First Madison was very friendly to help and transferred me to the right department From their Mavie was an amazing help offered me a refund for what I paid for the pants and told me there was no need to ship them back to them Was very helpful and took a lot of stress out of my day to have to go and ship them back Overall I will always love to shop from PLT and I recommend to all of my friends

I order from pretty little thing all the time the quality of the majority of the clothes is always good and items always arrive as they look 90 of the time the customer service has always been wonderful when I ve had any problems My most recent holiday order I received a dress that had a lot of pulls in the fabric and a pair of culottes that had a rip and mark on them my issue was sorted within ten minutes via the Facebook messaging account they have and the customer service assistant zoe was amazing she refunded me for my dress as it was no longer in stock and sent me a new pair of trousers she was super helpful a d friendly and made the experience really easy
